Really good, properly made coffee from knowledgeable people. Nitro and Kambucha on tap too. They even have those 3 or 4 ounce take out coffee cups! First time I’ve found those in the US.

The owner has been roasting coffee for 10 years and just opened up this cafe 8 weeks ago. Lovey merchandise and some useful coffee making aparata available too, including Goose neck kettles and baseball caps.

Highly recommended as the only “purist” coffee spot in town.

Went out of our way to visit this new coffee shop. It's not on the main drag in solvang, which for me is a bit of a negative. The decor is sparse and a bit cold for my taste. There are pastries, and the coffee is fine. Nothing to write home about.

YES PLEASE. This is the greatest coffee in the Valley. Amazing baristas 😉, and INCREDIBLE coffee. Come for a hip, yet trendy atmosphere, and expect coffee which is great for conversation. I cannot say enough words about the owners and how amazing they are; or how perfect a place it is for Solvang.

Nothing else compares. Finally a place to get extraordinary loose leaf tea and matcha - in addition to perfectly roasted coffee! I could sit here all day and sip these teas... brew after brew. The owners and staff are the sweetest people, and the food is always fresh and delicious - Proof that there is power in simplicity. This is the only place I'm aware of in the area that serves organic tea, coffee and food. If you're in the area THIS IS A MUST.

Had the best pumpkin spice latte here! Also I’m GF and they had a lot of bake good options which was nice, the chocolate chip pumpkin bread was to die for.
