Acme Coffee Roasting Co

We found Acme when we were visiting from Morgan Hill for a few days. The coffee is amazing and needless to say we went back 3 times in 3 days, lol.
I just ordered one of their zip up sweatshirts and I absolutely LOVE it.

Had the single source Columbian slow drip and it was great. No seating but standing tables are available and covered if raining.

UPDATE 7 Months Later:
I come here basically every day now and it has become a part of my routine. I now have a shirt, a hoodie, a mug, and plenty of stickers. I am now a certified Acmeholic, Acme will be the thing I miss the most after I move.

I have only been here twice and I already love it. The coffee is absolutely excellent (I have tried their motor city blend and bali blend both medium roast). While I may be a little biased because I have not tried any other local coffee shop in the area yet, so far this is my favorite.

It’s more than just the coffee, The staff is very kind, yet still very efficient. Every time I order and see them making different drinks, they work like a well oiled machine. While, again, this is only my second time visiting, I have already bought a bag of their medium roast and was tempted to buy a shirt 😂. I hope to be a regular here haha.

Overcoming my selfish urge to try to keep this gem hidden... Yeah. It really is five stars.

Started going here a couple months ago and now won't go anywhere else! Coffee is amazing and the staff are really cool! The cookies they have are so good! We mailed some of the coffee beans back home and our family loved it!

Possibly the only place you can get in NorthWest style dark roast coffee in the area. It's excellent, as good as you can get for quality, pretty reasonable in price. Local, independent, superior. The best alternative to corporate coffee in Monterey.

Macchiato was a little acidic for me, surprisingly, since I've been told that Acme does darker roast for their stuff. Otherwise, definitely chocolatey and delicious. I will return and see if they have another option that is less acidic for me.

Atmosphere was excellent, options were excellent, Mexican mocha was really good even if a little on the sweet side for my taste and lacking cayenne.

Very skillfully pulled espresso, friendly people, and tasty cookies.

The roasts are a little dark for my taste, especially the otherwise fantastic Yemeni beans, but I guess they know their audience. :)

Worth a visit when in town.
