Good flavour coffee shop in Santa Monica. Popular with the locals, nicely decorated inside.

Staffs are friendly, the coffee served taste great, rich, smooth, arousing, woodsy and smoky, and dry. Top notch! plus a quiet environment of the cafe, makes everything perfect.

Damn! This was very very good coffee. The staff prepared an excellent iced Americano. I loved everything about this chain of coffee shops. The cup has a special feel to it too, like it's insulated but also has texture to make it easy to hold on to. I'll enjoy Blue Bottle Coffee the entire time I'm visiting Los Angeles!! Highly recommend!! Especially this location due to the care and precision of the barista.

Great coffee but the 2001 speed wifi made me want to pull my hair out. How much would it cost per month for better wifi? Surely blue bottle can afford it at $7 for an ice coffee. As much as I love the coffee and vibe here, it’s just not friendly for remote workers.

Oat milk latte is very nice! Good ambience.

Amazing coffee, unacceptably and painfully slow. We walked into the store and there was one person in line ahead of us and a few people waiting for their coffee. It took approximately 7 minutes to get to the front to order and then another 18 minutes to get our coffee after that. We had ordered a waffle, which they make from scratch and that's cool, but they didn't actually start making it until after serving us our coffee so we were there for another 5 minutes waiting on that. I love the coffee at blue bottle but wow that was slow.

The dessert was fire. The Cafe mocha was delish. See the hearty tulip? Awww

Their coffee is great. Their service, however, is not so much. Not that the staff is rude (they’re not), but you can tell they want you to take your coffee and scram. Here’s one experience I’ll share: I once ordered and sat outside since they weren’t allowing in-door seating. The tables were so uncomfortable I had to leave my coffee there (as a sign of objection) and went to Philz Coffee (located few steps next to them) where I ordered new great coffee and enjoyed every sip in a more friendly environment and a more comfortable seating.
I wish them good though. Their coffee is good if you only care about that.

Service good. Latte was weak, small, and overpriced. Would choose just about anywhere else for coffee.
