A good coffee in Santa Barbara

$25 for a breakfast burrito with mostly rice, hardly any eggs, no bacon, two cups of mediocre espresso drinks and a croissant that tasted like a grocery store bakery dinner roll, ewe (totally uneatable). If you are really into very starchy food without a lot of flavor and skimpy on quality ingredients you might like this place. The atmosphere is casual and the hybrid outdoor dining seemed nice though. Now we understand why Handle Bar is so highly rated and far more busy, they’re coffee and baked goods were much better than the rest of these over priced cafes in Santa Barbara, their service is just not that great. (Definitely high brow attitude there that can be uncomfortable) This won’t help you if you’re in town but THE best breakfast burritos are at LuLuBelle’s in Lake Arrowhead ( light fluffy delicate scrambled eggs with crisp bacon and skillet fried potatoes). One of the best coffee place of Santa Barbara. They have also the best outdoor garden area on the other side of the street!

Cute little roaster, it is part of a three store-front building. The coffee is good and the servers were really nice. I would recommend maybe starting with some food from another place and then finish with some coffee. The lemonade was really good.

The dart garden across the street is so much fun and a great place to hang out. The black iced tea is chocolaty and tasty. The chai tea is truly special. Can't wait to try the whole bean coffee we picked up.

I love Dart coffee, have been a regular for over a year. They only have one size cup which I enjoy - fewer decisions to be made. Staff are generally friendly, an exception once or twice.

Like other coffee shops it has fallen prey to long lines in peak hours. They were always pretty casual about their pace, so a cue there will be slower to move than Handlebar or Lighthouse. The wait is outdoors in a fun area which is more pleasant.

There coffee is some of the best in town and the milks they use are top quality. Very consistent flavor.

One of my favorite places to chill in SB, especially the garden area.
