A small, friendly, cozy coffee shop in Santa Ana with a chill atmosphere, friendly peeps, and good pastries and food.
There's private work/study areas inside, tables, tall chairs and an outside dining and lounging area. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, with friends or by yourself, and with convenient parking near by.

This coffee shop has quality coffee! I ordered the 16oz hazelnut ice latte and it was creamy and rich in flavor. Will definitely come back again.

Nice morning walk from the hotel to get a nice almond milk latte ( unsweetened!!) they have nice working areas, so I thought it will be a great stop between my meetings next time I’m in the area.

Great place to study. Breakfast burrito peices were a bit too chunky but the coffee was straight forward and if I'm in the area again I will definitely return.

A very nice way to start your day. The coffee is amazing and the service is PHENOMENAL! We got Cafe latte, Carmel macchiato and banana bread, everything was delightful! We love coming here.

A Sweet small coffee shop. The coffee was deliciously fabulous💥
Besides, designer did a great job. It is spacious, seats are available outside. Nice place to hang out.

Great coffee/breakfast place a short 2 minute walk from hotels on Dyer Road. It’s a little oasis tucked in the corner of the office buildings- and outdoor patio nice place to sip some hot Java and munch some outstanding breakfast burrito.

The people here are extremely friendly and the tea is amazing. I love green tea but it is typically overbrewed and water too hot. Proper Green Tea should only be brewed at 175 degrees for 1-3min or gets bitter. They know this and inform you as to the special care given to each tea. If you want a bite to eat, they offer great options that are freshly prepared in the kitchen.
