Our first time we went here it wasn’t too busy, we loved the service and the drinks we got. We came a second time, it was busier but we didn’t mind that so we waited and ordered. While we were waiting for our drinks I went to go and get some napkins, but the cashier commented I should grab the amount for how many drinks I paid for and said I shouldn’t grab so many because there isn’t a lot left. I paid for 4 drinks and only had 6 napkins in my hand. Is 6 napkins too much? If they didn’t want their customers to grab too many, they could’ve kept the napkins and handed them to the customers. Personally, this was an embarrassing moment for my family and I, especially because there were so many people witnessing. While there were many people and it was busy, it is unprofessional to say such things without a sign or anything like that.

You can't find a better boba place in SLO. Try, you will fail. This is my favorite spot and the owners are really friendly people. Never tried boba before and you're not originally from California? I really would not suggest you go anywhere else than here. The teas are always spot on and the food is for me, a nice home away from home.

Come here all the time. They do a great job on the drinks always and have great prices. Rose milk tea is the best. It's a really beautiful store too, I can't wait for the seating area to open back up in October.

Fantastic tea house, wonderful boba tea, love the added tea related things for sale. Went in to buy 3 teas and came out spending a lot on other things. I've enjoyed Boba Tea in almost 60 countries, this was very good tea. The only thing that would make it better (and make them even more money) would be to make their boba fresh daily from scratch, using the tapioca flour and water and sugar and a machine... This is the next level of boba, and you just cannot find many places that make boba from scratch... The difference would make them #1 in California. You can only find fresh Boba pearls in about 1 in 500 Boba shops. Strangely this is becoming popular in Phoenix, just not in California yet.

The boba tea is good, popcorn chicken is ok. I probably wouldn’t come back except there aren’t really a lot of options in town and this is the best of them.
The layout is super inefficient, had to wait outside on the narrow sidewalk because tchotchke shelves were taking up so much indoor space.

What a lovely tea shop! I went in one day and noticed how much love and care went into the decor and tea set displays. It was clean and neat and the little chairs/tables are a comfortable place to hang out with a beverage. The boba smoothie is what I had, and I have never ever had a better boba. I want to go back every day now.

Coolest hangout place in town with delicious boba tea and a great selection of cold and hot drinks.

One of the best boba places I've ever been to. They don't make the drinks to sweet and it's just amazing because I'm not a big fan of sweets and the food there is also very good, the staff is very nice which is amazing.
