Spectra Coffee is always a reliable choice when looking for a good coffee as well as good options to eat. I have several favorites here, their orange blossom latte is excellent, as well as their turmeric and rose lattes. They make what is probably my favorite toast with avocado and cherry tomatoes, sprinkled with everything mix - it always satisfies me. Their regular pastries are also quite tasty, especially their Apple Croissant, or just the more standard butter or chocolate croissant. They also have some good waffle options. It is a great place to stop when visiting the many shopping options at Almaden plaza, and it is a pleasant place to relax while enjoying what they offer.

Found a neat cozy coffee shop today! A really confirmable and welcome atmosphere. They have tables and high bar type seating. Staff were very friendly and service was fast.
The coffee was great! At the time it seems like they had mostly Sight Glass beans. Flavor was on point and latte art was solid. If you're looking for real coffee, just come here.

I like to open Google Maps and explore cafes. The atmosphere looked good, so I saved it on the map and went last week. My acquaintance also said this place was good, but when I went there, it was really good. I ordered an orange blossom latte, and the coffee was really good. The employee receiving the order is so kind that I want to go again because of that employee.
However, I am sorry that it can be a little noisy in the store because I take my six-month-old baby☺️

Really cute and cozy coffee place in the shopping area close to trader joes.
Came here on a Friday and it seemed busy with people working or studying but not too crowded.
The baristas were very friendly and the vibe of the coffee shop was nice and cozy. I got a matcha latte which tasted great!

Lovely coffee shop in a mall like area. Coffees were really good. Tried the salted caramel and banana cream. Prices are reasonable too and place is open with good seating. Staff was friendly.

Great coffee & food options with a great environment to get your work done, catch up with friends, or just have some needed you time!
The banh mi was perfect, soft and crisp with flavorful tender meat. The pork was not dry or too salty. Had generous servings of veggies in it too!
Had the Banana Oat Latte and I’m obsessed. It’s so cool they have such a unique drink that’s naturally sweet and not too sweet at that.
Love how they support the community by having local bakers share their baked goods :) Can’t wait to come back to try their other lattes!

I always try the drip coffee black to get a taste of the roast they use. My coffee tastes sour and the flavor profile is non existent. Nice staff. Cute place. The only reason it was not one star. Espresso drinks are probably better, but if the basic coffee is not good, why bother

The coffee was very good and it had a good vibe. It was very busy inside, but I was able to take my ceramic mug outside to the patio.

I am an avid goer of 3rd wave coffee shops! I'm glad San Jose is getting more cute cafes like this. However, the coffee I ordered is alright for the price. Could improve on the latte art for hot drinks imo but that's a personal requirement for me. What shines imo are the food options here. The grilled pork banh mi is actually really pleasant to see at a coffee shop. Tastes pretty good and the bread isn't overly hard or undertoasted. The apple croissant is also flakey and buttery. And priced well. Pandan waffle is okay.
My orange blossom latte didn't taste much of orange blossom. I think it would do better as a cold foam than an iced latte. The espresso is fine. I still enjoyed the ambiance and how lively the place was.

A strip mall gem. Spectra Coffee is an oasis of good eats and great drinks in a bustling parking lot crammed with big box stores. Americanos, lattes and other classic beverages are very reasonably priced, and there are a number specialty drinks for those who like their coffees well dressed up.
There’s a charming and somehow soothing patio on the side of the building, with cozy two-top tables that make for a great place to talk about whether or not you really DO need to get that giant box of Cheez-Its from Costco.
Ambiance, quality, cost - a perfect blend.
