Me and a friend stopped by for some coffee and we were excited because Philz has some really tasty specialty drinks and I had a good experience at the Cupertino location.
We came in and it wasn’t busy at all, so there was no line to wait in. We ordered and the person who took are order was friendly. We sat down and waited 15 minutes eating our croissants and the wait felt a bit long so we went to check for our drinks. As my friend approached the counter, the worker said, “On yeah your drinks have been ready for a while” My friend then asked why they didn’t call us over. We tasted the drinks and they weren’t as good, which could’ve been because they had been sitting out- the worker even suggested this as well. We asked for more cream and it helped but still felt like it was lacking something.
I dont think they called us over because my friend has a unique name, but regardless i don’t think that’s an excuse to not give us good service or let us know. They could’ve just said excuse me or called the names of the drinks out. I do wonder if this is the experience of other people with ethnic names and it makes me question if the quality of service given depends on who the person is. I was not impressed with the drinks and the service was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. And the cold brew and breakfast burrito is an excellent go to to the morning. Very nice atmosphere both inside and outside.
It’s a nice newer Philz — but the ordering process here is completely chaos. They don’t have a line well defined — it’s just a crowd of people.
We ended up giving up on the line and used the app instead. Then the app told us our drinks were ready when they didn’t start them yet. Also, the name on the app was wrong and we had to ask around to see who was making them.
Very rude and disrespectful baristas. Made a wrong order and refused to remake it. Talked to the manager who was rude. Never return to this place anymore
Cool peoples,, customer service is good. They were lackin in the coffee department. I got my mobile order late, my fault tho. it was cold and just not it.

I tired the mint coffe it was really good so unique flavor staff is so nice place is very clean highly recommend it.

Better taste than Starbucks. Parking can be a hassle though during busy hours.
