This amazing antique store is what you wish all antique malls could be. Authentic mid century furniture, books, art, pottery,, clothing, you name it. Each section clearly marked. A must see if looking for quality, original furniture!
Excellent brunch with a pretty good turnover since they have quite a lot of seatings. Food was delicious. We had the Hash, Crab scramble and buttermilk pancakes with peaches. Service was discreet and perfect at the counter.
This place is awesome! One of the best malls I have ever been in, and, brother I have been in a lot of 'em. If you like art deco, 40s 50s 60s stuff, this is the place for you! Art, furniture, glassware, pottery!!!! You name it. The friendliest staff and dealers I have ever met! Easy to park. All that's missing is an espresso machine! OK, the prices may be too high for you garage sale afficimatdos, but the STUFF is quality!!!!!
Expensive but extremely well curated. Stuff is an antique mall...an expensive mall but it has really fabulous stuff that is beautifully displayed. I wondered if merchandising skill is required to have a booth here. Lots of great mid century furniture, art deco, jewelry and smalls here. Also - a lot of original art. If you want something particular and are willing to pay, this may be the place. Great staff. The young man at the front desk was delightful: knowledgeable, engaged and friendly. He bustled about during my 2 hours there...I was impressed.
Stuff is a hidden gem! Passed through here while I was touring he mission district and was blown away by the quantity of quality items all throughout the store. The young man at the front was super attentive and helpful while I was there and I had a great time searching around through the various vendors “stuff”
I guess I was expecting a thrift store, but this seems more like a consignment shop. I was looking for a couple of furniture pieces of particular dimensions. I found a bookcase by a contemporary woodworking firm that was beautiful, and I would have been happy to have it, but the price tag at $775 was unfortunately not in my budget. If you can afford an interior designer on your project, and have quirky, eclectic taste, come here with your designer! It's the perfect place. If Ikea or Target online is about the top of your budget, but you're hoping to find a piece with more character, and structural and design integrity, well, you may have to look elsewhere. They have the Stuff, great Stuff, but it's not really at bargain prices.
There is LOTS of really cool artwork here, as well as nick-nacks of all manner and description. I could easily have spent a few thousand dollars here, starting with the $775 bookcase, which was high quality craftsmanship, by the way. There were several pieces of art that I would love to have had. But, again, my project is trying to do alot on a tight budget.
I browsed for close to an hour, which was good fun. I found the staff to be pleasant, and also rather quirky, like the rest of the place. I had limited interaction with them, as I never got close to actually buying anything. But I got several hellos and smiles and acknowledgments from them as I browsed. No one was pushy, I felt perfectly welcome just walking around, and I felt like if I had gotten to the point of buying, I would probably have received excellent customer service. They seemed great when they were helping other customers.
If you like eclectic and offbeat stuff, and you have the budget to match their offerings, this is the perfect place for design elements and a choice of furniture.
