It's nice to have excellent service again. It's been awhile since I can remember a place where the service was better than the food. Don't get me wrong, the food was great, but the service was better. So many places have totally forgotten how to treat a customer but Catch seems to pride itself in hiring the right people. From the host, to the waiter, to the busser, everything was perfect!

The seafood itself was really good, but the other components of the entrees weren't that good. I liked the salmon, cod, and croquettes, but not the brussel sprouts, udon or broth. The food wasn't that bad, but overpriced for the quality

The food is amazing! They make a mind blowing Moscow mule and lemon sorbet desert!

Excellent cuisine. Loved the ginger mint meatballs. The special was halibut and it was scrumptous. The wait staff was great. Loved everything. It is pricey, but worth every cent.

One of the must-try places in the fabulous Castro neighborhood. It's also one of the longest run restaurants in the 🌈 district. Delicious food and great wine selections, excellent service, and overall good vibe. Their house burger is awesomely amazing which is not listed on the menu. Make sure to ask the chef for it if you're in the mood for a delicious and juicy burger served with crispy fries.
The only element that needs some improvement is the host. Host shouldn't have waited for customers to greet her. It's basic hospitality 101 😁.

If they were to up their game just a bit, this would be a great restaurant. Too many minor flaws

Wife and I have been coming to this wonderful restaurant for brunch for many years, and we never tire of our favorite dish, the grilled salmon on risotto. For brunch they always have room even on Saturdays and Sundays, and the food and service are delightful. We have been less frequently for dinner but are well pleased when we do go, and the piano performer who is sometimes above the dining room on a cleverly designed ladder loft is a wonderful addition to the evening ambiance. We always take any visitors who come to see us in San Francisco to have brunch here with us at least once.

Update: just today we took two new friends to brunch and they each sampled the grilled salmon and thought it was great. The service remains exceptional and never a wait for a seat. Our enduring favourite!

We had booked ahead for brunch, the brunch menu was shorter than the dinner menu but just as tasty. They had inside, patio, and outdoor seating. Service is great, attentive, and professional.

I had ordered their mussels and fries, it was super delicious, especially how the fries soak up that juice near the end.

We had gone as a party of 5, no complaints on any of the dishes nor cocktails. Parking may be an issue since it is Market Street, so come via public or ride share.

We had a family dinner here and left very satisfied. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor is convenient but a bit busy, as you are seating on Market Street next to traffic. Still, not bad. Indoor is pleasant with a big bar and piano in a loft. Everyone in our party liked food (seafood chowder, French onion soup, halibut with crab risotto, ribeye steak, bread pudding). Our waiter was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Place is clean. Highly recommend.

This is a GREAT CATCH.

First of all the seafood is fresh. I LOVE the lobster and prawn crudo. Definitely the best. Second, EXCELLENT service. Third, a warm and COZY atmosphere. Fourth, the management is great. Lastly, the Margarita and dessert ice cream taste MAGNIFICENT.

I'll definitely go back here and recommend this place.
