It's not the best but it's not bad either!

Great service! Even on a school day we were in and out within 30 minutes...and that was taking it easy. It's decently priced and the food/beverages are so tasty. I am in love with the skinny chai latte :)

Better than Starbucks, but still isn't even close to Peet's Coffee & Tea in terms of freshness, quality or flavor. Overpriced & unoriginal. Their only saving grace in my opinion was their associates. I was happy with the customer service given at least.

I usually go through the drive thru when I visit, but I've sat inside as well. Attracts any and all types, young and old. Baristas are always friendly. It's up to snuff as far as coffee goes. I prefer over Starbucks simply because they use powder for flavoring vs syrup (more flavorful).

Love this place. They're always friendly and fast. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the breakfast selection. But I'll take this place over Starbucks any day. Coffee is clearly superior too!

Stopped on for a coffee, while I waited for my wife to finish a doctor's visit. Great coffee, for a reasonable price. Great atmosphere to wait.

I always like the coffee at this place. I would recommend to get half sweet on your mochas cause the mocha powder is a little rich. I'm not big on that much sugar in my coffee but the quality of the product for a corporate chain is not bad at all.
I'm used to more mom and poo shop but these guys are at the top of my list compared to Burntbucks.
This place also has really nice, high in protein snacks like Salmon mini salad, egg wraps that are a great starter with you coffee. You're missing out if you're in the area and don't pay them a visit.

Warning: food comes unassembled. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese at the drive through and was forced to pull over the car and spread the cream cheese on myself.
Not sure why I would go to a fast food restaurant if I have to assemble the food myself.
This is a practice I have seen on rare occasions but it makes absolutely no sense. What’s next? Is McDonalds going to serve me a burger separate from the bun and the pickles for me to assemble myself?

Limited food options, but friendly staff, good wifi, most tables have easily accessible wall plugs. A pretty good place to work on stuff. I wish they gave mugs rather than paper to go cups though
