Great little coffee shop in Hillcrest neighborhood. We were staying at a VRBO nearby for the week and I looked forward to my walk to Kona for a great cup each morning. Millie and her co-workers were so friendly that it felt like my hometown place from day one.

I’m visiting San Diego so we decided to try Kona. The toffee nut white mocha iced latte and blended vanilla coffee was out of this world!!!! The service was also spectacular. Wish we had these in NY!

I just tried this place for the first time and it’s amazing! Their cold brew is REAL, not just iced coffee. And it’s delicious. Excellent friendly service and quality products. I’ll definitely be going again!

My first impression upon walking in was that the ambiance definitely captured the Aloha spirit- the owner was super friendly and inviting. I asked for his suggestion and he whipped me up an ‘Island latte’- It was a mix of vanilla, hazel nut and oat milk deliciousness. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The price matched the quality. Oh, and there were gluten free snacks!! I’m definitely coming back.

Great place for real Kona coffee and delicious bagels. My wife had a Kona blend and bagel with cream cheese, while I had a 100% Kona coffee. The coffee was outstanding and the bagel was large and delicious. Pricing a bit high for the bagel (almost $5), but very good quality. Highly recommend.

AMAZING Coffee! I had a 5 hour layover and my Lyft driver recommended I stop by this place when I asked where to find great, local coffee. 10 out of 10 recommended stopping by for anyone staying on Kona or if you have a few hour layover and enjoy high quality coffee on their ocean front patio. The staff was highly knowledgable and offered free samples to ensure I picked the right flavor for me. I've had Peaberry beans before, but these were some of the best I've sampled and will be re-ordering these online until I can make it back.

Clean, convenient and friendly staff make this a good choice. They offer 100% Kona coffee as well as 35% Kona blend. Aloha.

The gentlemen at the register was nice but the lady working with him was super rude to him while we were there. Customers don't want to see your nastiness. The white chocolate mocha I got was ok. It had almost a fruity undertone to it and not much coffee which surprised me and then made me sad. The store is beautiful and has very reasonably priced French presses and cups.

Cute little coffee shop. Their lattes are amazing! I've been here twice during mine and my husband's weekend getaway. I've tried the island latte and the Kona mocha. They are both amazing! They also have a great iced tropical green tea. Will definitely come here again!

This is by far the best coffee I've ever tried. We have our family doctors right upstairs from Kona and every time someone has to go to the doctor, I always ask them to bring me back a coffee. That is the main reason we love going to the doctors. The Hawaiian Mocha with coconut flakes is by far my favorite (:
