Friendly service and best coffee, tastes like beans were just roasted a minute ago. So good. Love their acai bowl, the best!

Breakfast bagels are very fresh and delicious, always grab a iced tea when I'm around 🥤

This place has improved so much. This time I had a great cup of coffee there. This place is great if you want to support small business instead of large corporations.

Friendly staff. Good variety of drinks and food. Great ambiance. Good for studying, chatting with friends, or having meetings. Ppl were doing all of the above. I appreciated that it was a social place.

Their dirty chai is called the Badass, haha. I had that this morning and now I'm hoping I can embrace what's inside me. So far I'm feeling more hopped up on sugar than badassery though. It was a little... maybe a lot... on the sweet side.

The acai bowl had a lot of stuff in it, including a big dump of peanut butter. Maybe try almond butter? It was also pretty sugary. I guess that's my only complaint... opportunity for growth Industrial Grind?

Overall great place I've been a couple times now. Convenient location right off the 52 between 163 and 15.

They were nice enough to let me blather about my trip to Niagra Valley. Oh yeah, the coffee was 5 stars too.

Put my iced tea in a cup typically used for hot drinks, with the white plastic lid that you sip out of hole (again, what is used for hot drinks). They have no flavored syrups. Was the worst tasting tea. And it was more expensive than starbucks. First, and last time there

The menu is pretty straightforward and the ambiance is really nice with images of industrial areas. The service was quick and friendly and you have options to sit outside or surrounding the shop.
