We made a quick afternoon stop to warm up and get some energy. Excellent coffee. Impressed with artistry. Great variety. Friendly service. Good price. Clean space. Cubanito was strong and good. A few tea options that were tasty and fresh. Delicious hot chocolate, not too hot, just right. Aztec Mocha excellent flavor but could be a little hotter.

This place is just so good that i could stay here for a whole day, getting several great drinks. LOVE their espresso drinks, especially macchiato, but the pour over would be the king. The cold brew, the drip, as well as the lemonade even, are just SO GOOD. I can’t express how much I love this place! So happy that we’ve got this such a hidden gem in SD!!

Very enjoyable coffee experience. Small coffee place with indoor and outdoor seating. Normal coffee options and special menu options. Drip coffee ws great. Also enjoyed the espresso drinks.

Awwww! The Concha’s were pillows of perfection to go along with the stellar coffee! Go before 9:30 AM to secure some of these delicious super fresh baked treats! We enjoyed our outdoor seating and this cozy visit! Great barristas! A newer venue in Old Town! You will enjoy your visit very much!

This place is awesome! I had never been here before and Alexander helped me pick put the pourover coffee which is really interesting and a good coffee to talk over. My friend got the hot vanilla latte and it was a really good sweet coffee.

A nice little shop filled with delicious assortment of coffee. I got the iced dulce de leche which was superb to my taste buds. I didn't have to add anything to it what so ever. There are some tables for you to sit at and relax. When we went it was during the farmers market, it didn't seem so loud and noisy inside even with windows and doors open. A nice place to lounge and get some work done.

Flor and Seed is a hidden gem in Old Town! They roast their own beans and their coffee is so good and espressos even better! They opened up during COVID and I'm so glad they survived the pandemic! There are a few cafe tables on the front sidewalk and cafe seating inside for 12-14 people. Our group of 20 stood and sat.
This week they opened up a food offering in the back, Casa Ocho serving a small menu of Mexican food. Their chilaquilles and quesadillas were yummy and so filling!
They open up at 7 AM. Our group of 20 stopped by after our morning workout at the Junipero Serra mission. The owner Yan and his barista didn't skip a beat and were so quick to handle our group. Christian from Casa Ocho was awesome too! We stayed until 9 AM! Good times! We'll be back after next week's workout!

Fantastic coffee. Really enjoyed the vanilla latte and the salt and honey drink. Also gave the pastries a try and was impressed. The raspberry pop tart like things was great.

The owners are really passionate about supporting the coffee farms from different regions around Mexico, and they have different notes of fruity, floral, and chocolaty flavors.
We tried the Aztec Mocha and Cafe de Olla, iced. These were so full of flavor without being overly sweet (my ultimate compliment 😁). The cafe is so cute too with their beautiful murals!
Be sure to check out Flor & Seed - get a good coffee then head on to the back and get some #mexagrub from @eatcasaocho whenever you're down in #oldtownsandiego - we know we'll be back!

This place is awesome! I feel like anything I get from espresso to a flavored latte I end up really liking. The space is cute as well.
