Sloooooooooow service… like REALLY slow! Walking up, there seemed to only be a few people in line, but the wait time was MUCH longer than expected. I saw several folks return to the counter after waiting forever, seemingly because there were issues with their orders. I can’t tell you exactly how long we waited, but I feel like I’ve had shorter wait times at full service restaurants. There were 2 people standing behind the counter just standing there looking at their phones and talking to each other. You could tell that people were getting frustrated waiting puzzling and excruciating long times for their coffees. The coffee was okay. The millennial worth ethic stinks.

Good pastries and drinks BUT I ordered online and the pick up service was HORRIBLE. no signs; the cashier told me to go to the other side of the counter. No one was there and my order wasn't either. I stood there waiting for assistance but order after order was placed on the counter of customers after me in line. I had to raise my voice and make them stop working inorder to receive service. (Uncomfortable for me and prolly annoying for them.)
Suggestion for first time customers: be invasive, and kindly demand attention.

We came here for a coffee and they had a QR code in line so we used that to order since the line was super long but they said they put all online orders after in person orders. What is the point of having the QR code in the line if folks are not supposed to use it? You'd think the order would go straight in, not have this arbitrary waiting time.
We flagged to the cashier when we made it to the register and she said she would make sure that ours got put in line to get made.
After waiting for 15 min watching the line ebb and flow, with many who had paid before us get their drinks, I asked the gal shouting names if mine was there. She said no and tried to point to my nitro receipt (which said 2 items) and then walked away saying she couldn't help. Had to get the gal who helped me initially to help.
Not good enough to go back.

My favorite coffee. Regardless of the location, Better Buzz delivers consistently fine coffee drinks. It easily beats the international conglomerate although Better Buzz doesn't compete. They just provide delicious coffee with friendly staff. In this Fashion Valley Mall location they are directly across from Macy's.
