Small and cozy breakfast place
It is located in a very awkward spot, folks need to park on the street and enter in the back alley and not on the El Camino side.

This is a not a good place to be at it if you're with a big group (including kids). Play room/kids area's small as well.

Food and presentation was decent but quality did not have a wow factor imho. Anyone can make their avocado toast/salmon waffle, but we're just too lazy to make our own.

This is still a good decent breakfast place in the area should you opt out driving to the city.

Minus 2 stars due to
-Mediocre taste wise

-Very very awkward when placing order especially when it's at peak time. You try to keep the queue from staff/guests to pass by and at the same time not to bother folks who are seated and trying to enjoy their breakfast.

We understand there's private events during business hours, but it was soooo uncomfortable, that the place looked crowded when it reality it was just due to folks trying to place their order while in queue and there was not enough tables to be utilized. It would be nice if they reassigned their private events after business hours.

This place is pretty cool! They have lots of great options for drinks which include a wide selection of matcha as well as boba tea and your typical espresso-based drinks.

The atmosphere is also pretty cool, with plenty of outdoor sitting and an indoor area that feels like a living room.

The toasts and waffles are also excellent, with a solid avo toast and a delicious berries and yoghurt waffle.

I came here twice. One is on weekday afternoon and the other is a Saturday afternoon. Weekday afternoon was not crowded but kids were running around. So if you want a quite place to enjoy your afternoon, here probably will not be your first choice. I ordered a latte and a chicken curry sandwich on the weekday afternoon. Both of them were decent. Prices are a little on the high side but not extreme.

I decided to take my husband back on Saturday. They closed the big sitting area for an activity. So all you had is a very small indoor sitting and not very big outdoor sitting on the back. It was packed. I ordered a regular black ice tea. Quality of the tea was very bad. You can taste the sourness from the tea. IWe also ordered waffle. There were only 3 pcs of waffles and some of them had couple of holes. It is $9.. Waffles come in 4 pcs, not 3. My husband was not happy. Waffles did not taste good either. I think it is a overpriced place for certain items. The environment is not very pleasant. Chairs are hard to sit long. You feel uncomfortable when you stay over half hour.

Very photogenic cafe with delicious waffles.

The space is small and lots of families come for the children's play area. Our family loves this place as it is dog friendly and a great place in between SF and the South Bay.

Parking is limited but you are close to downtown and parking is nearby or you can find street parking.

The menu is very creative variations for breakfast but doesn't include many proteins.

The coffee and tea options are plenty and we also enjoyed the kids hot chocolate.

Love the waffles and lavender milk tea.
I will only come here if I want sweet waffles. There aren't a lot of savory options that arent sandwiches.
I did not like the matcha or rose milk tea.

Such a cute brunch/ lunch place! The sourdough with goat cheese and fig jam sparked a whole new obsession for me!

Delightful breakfast at the San Carlos location. I had the waffle sampler which was carefully prepared so that the 4 toppings did not touch. Each was delicious. My dining companion also ordered the waffle sampler and was equally impressed. Lavender latte completed the experience. We'll be back!

I peregrinated here, it was fantastic with my wife and my 2 children. I visually perceived a puerile worker by the denomination of Devin, he was lovely. His accommodation was great, ill definitely peregrinate here again.
