Broadway Coffee Company

My favorite coffee shop in Sacramento. Utterly unpretentious, Broadway coffee substitutes friendliness and strong community ties in place of the cold, modern aesthetic that so many hipper joints try to project.

But just because the shop does not look like a zen garden doesn't mean the coffee isn't great. They are using Temple Coffee, they just don't require you to own a MacBook and shop at the natural foods co-op in order to hang out there.

Jimmy, Ayana and staff are exceptionally friendly and the real reason you will want to come back again and again.

Noticed this place a few months ago and I'm so happy I decided to try it out! Broadway has the most friendly staff, a great atmosphere, affordable prices, good coffee, and a great selection of food/pastries. Definitely an Oak Park gem, and a great alternative to the Old Soul down the street.

Awesome community coffee shop. They keep their prices affordable and their staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. I always leave in a better mood than I arrived. Also dog friendly!

This is a new place, but I have already been here three or four times so far,. I think this may become my "regular" coffee shop because it combines all of the things that I like in a local coffee shop. It has good coffee, without the crowds and noise of places like Temple or Old Soul (which are also on my list as good places to go). While they use Temple beans, I think they may be a bit cheaper than Temple. They also have what appears to be a great selection of cold-case food, with both vegan and carnivorous options. The staff is friendly and seem invested in the shop and their customers. I also really like the fact that one of the walls is covered in windows, giving it plenty of natural light. Plus they have full-sized tables with convenient outlets for those of us who use coffee shops as another place to get some work done when we need to get out of the house! So all in all, stop by and support your new local coffee shop!

Broadway Coffee is my office away from my home office! Staff members are so friendly and helpful, the vegan food offerings are yummy and the coffee is delightful. I always feel right at home. Support local businesses in Oak Park like Broadway Coffee!

Love the environment. Great customer service. Desserts there are great, pricing was affordable. The only reason im rating this 4 stars is because i havent tried their drink yet. I enjoyed the board games and the free wifi.

My go-to coffee shop. The people who work here are really nice. The coffee is good. There's a lot of parking around the building so if you're in the morning rush, it's easy to get in and out.

Omg!! went in there this morning, and Liz was awesome, funny, sweet and the best people person!! Cat is a sweetie as well, she made me the best Carmel Machiato (spellcheck)..lol...love this place...my new favorite coffee spot!
