Molinos Coffee

Great little coffee shop in downtown Riverside that serves a variety of specially coffee drinks as well as traditional brewed coffee and espresso. They also offer some light food options though I must confess I haven't tried anything other than drinks so far. Great atmosphere and great coffee though!

Molinos is one of my favorite small coffee shops in Riverside. Great coffee same great atmosphere. This is the 1stb time I have been in since they opened back up after the covid-19 restrictions and they have made some adjustments but nothing that takes away from what I experienced prior to this. Highly recommend.

I love getting coffee here. I also really like the acai bowl. (It's solid acai.)
Afterwards -Before COVID - it was great to do work here.

Only downside is sometimes there are homeless people that harass you, or they reek. However, that's the case for most places Downtown. 🤷‍♂️

My trip to Molinos was around noon, after the lunch rush had subsided. I ordered a pastry and a fairly common purchased type of coffee. The total came out to under $10 and was an overall good experience.

The Positive: It has plenty of seating and great atmosphere. The food and drinks are of good quality. The you can't beat the location, in front of the Mission Inn.

The Negative: Service is on the slow side. The baristas are not very personable.

Coffee was good but not amazing. Tasted a little too bitter for my liking. But, if that's your preference this may be for you! Servers were friendly and you cant beat this location which is directly across from the Mission Inn.

Coffee was delicious and the pastries 🤗… I had to get an extra one for home! They were awesome.

Ordered the Honey, Lavender latte ($4.35-large). Very weak coffee and the syrup used for flavoring has a distinct, strong taste. If you are particular about having a good cup of coffee like me, you will be disappointed. Also dared to try the Acai bowl that has dozens of reviews commenting on its over sweetness level and I can concur that it is SWEET. They also put it in a to go smoothie cup which makes it difficult to eat and enjoy. Highly recommend turning down the sweetness level and redesigning the cup they place the food in, into perhaps a bowl! Also tried their breakfast sandwich on crossiant with eggs, cheese, and bacon. Sandwich was tasty but we waited 20 minutes before asking if it was being prepared at all. The staff were very apologetic and admitted no one had prepared the sandwich.

Staff are very friendly and the historical, hipster vibes definitely may help you overlook the poor quality of coffee and mediocre food...but for me it's unfortunately a no.

Service is bad in every sense. Drinks take a very long time to be made. Any food items take even longer to heat up. The internet service was the lowest tear I'm assuming. Just loading the Chrome browser to view my email took over 5 minutes. I got no work done that Tuesday. The baristas are slow but the establishment is understaffed as well. I wanted to like this place but I was disappointed every time I visited. Will not be returning ever

I love Molina's lemonade with lavender it was so delicious! I boycotted Starbucks and the other coffee shop down the street why? Because they got political and showed a video that was anti Trump" I don't think coffee shop should be showing videos about Trump or the one world order or gay rights' just being neutral and let us enjoy our conversation with our friends and our break time

Great little coffee house. Came here cause I heard it was good coffee. Though I haven't had the code I've just had the pumpkin spice latte or a mocha. It had been great. Wonderful baristas, wonderful open area. So glad your here.
