Great to see a locally owned, small coffee shop in town that is not your typical chain or franchise. I only drink black coffee and they have a coffee roast that changes daily according to the owner who is there at the location running the business every day. The decor is beautiful and pleasant, definitely an inviting atmosphere. Drinks can be served in ceramic mugs and food is served on plates but can also be ordered to go.

Lots to chose from. I've like everything I've tried. My adult children and grandchildren love this place too.

I absolutely love this place. It is small but inviting. We stopped in for breakfast. I had to try the chiliquiles. I asked for half red and green. Great choice so I could taste both 😋 It was actually a bit later more like afternoon so I didn't order a coffee but next time I will.
You have to try their homemade Gelato. Ohhhhhhh my Gawd!!! It was heaven in my mouth. I had the coconut Gelato 🥥 honestly I just had a taster spoon since I was full but I think I'd go back just for that and coffee one day.

Very cutely decorated cafe. Clean place, friendly staff. The mollete was amazing. Delicious churro cheesecake, white chocolate mocha and vanilla latte. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu items! What a hidden gem, glad they opened here in Riverbank!

I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted! Everything looks so good! We ended up getting the Flan Casero, choco flan, Boston cream pie and my favorite....the Japanese bouncy cheesecake. Absolutely bomb! Customer service was great . Only had a tiny hiccup on payment but they took care of it on the spot. I'm looking forward trying Everything else on the menu.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Best of all food and coffee were delicious. Cubano just right. Mollete and Churro cheesecake really good. Everything is homemade. FYI- Google maps takes you to opposite site of building. It's between Grand China and Taqueria.

Had coffee and breakfast this morning. It was delicious. The only hiccup was the very, very well toasted, but not burnt, toast. It literally shattered when you put a fork into and made eating the avocado/egg toast difficult.

The best kept secret! I feel like I’m in a cafe in Mexico City. Rock en Espanol brings me back to college days. They have a variety of menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner . There desserts — chocoflan, GF , tiramisu are a must try.
