RIPON COFFEEHOUSE

Wonderful atmosphere and service! The girls behind the counter were very friendly and they have a great variety of drinks and pastries. My favorite part is the selection of books under the TV screen.

Cute shop, huge menu, friendly service and the coffee tasted great. Will come back again if I'm ever in the area

The staff is absolutely amazing! Copies always great breakfast sandwiches are on point. They have the best pastries as well. The other day my coffee was wrong I called them and I wasn't able to get back into the shop. And lo and behold one of the gals came in from the the Ripon coffeehouse and brought me my coffee. She didn't have to do that but that's the kind of service should get there. Much appreciated

My sister and I visit pretty regularly. We like that the staff makes a point to get to know the customers. They are always friendly. Eventhough we order drinks, that are only on the winter menu, they always make them for us. Not only are the drinks really good but the almond croissants and scones are amazing.

I look forward to visiting this coffee shop when I am in town. Ace is always so sweet and makes a point of knowing your name. Staff is always welcoming and friendly!! Best coffee shop in Ripon!!!

I had the worst experience here. I used to be a customer then I decided to get a job here. I felt that the manager had little patience to properly teach me how to do the job right. The entire time I worked here he was very rude to me because I was slower at learning the job. I worked really hard to get the job right and the only thing he had to say to me was, " I regret hiring you." And he said that my second day. It was a very negative environment and he barely had anything nice to say to me. It doesn't surprise me that he is always hiring because I feel that he doesn't have any social skills.

It took me a long time to try this place despite the fact that it's only a few blocks from my house. When I first went in, I was surprised at how many different drinks they offered. I've only tried a couple of them because I'm a creature of habit, but they are consistently delicious (which is more than I can say for the big name coffee place in town). Every time I have gone in, the employees are SO friendly. They welcome you, take your order with a smile, and all say goodbye. They make the drinks really quickly, too. Today I went in for my usual. I had been having a bad day and when I got home I dropped my coffee and it spilled all over the garage floor. I was so bummed. I went back to get another one and the girls were so sweet about it. They didn't even charge me for a replacement drink (which I was prepared to pay for because I was a klutz!). That's amazing customer service. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop. The owners are incredible. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their customer service is 5 star in a world of 2 stars. It is tough to find service like this anymore. Their coffee is top notch, you can tell they know what they are doing. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning their delicious and fresh pastries! I love that they make them fresh in their kitchen. They have such unique and yummy flavors. I can't wait to try them again!

Favorite coffee house in Ripon for a long time now! The girls always remember your name and order, no-one lets you stand there un-noticed, yummy sandwiches and fair prices. Good place to meet a friend for coffee. It gets busy but they take phone orders!

Always friendly and helpful. The coffee and sandwiches great. The atmosphere is relaxing. This is a stop that will stay on my list.
