Beanster's Espresso

The coffee is good but the blonde employee with tattoos is really rude to his customers every time I go.

Wonderful mocha, Ceasars salad, & excellent service.

Ordered a Hazelnut Latte with almond milk. It was really good and the best part was it came with 2 free shots of coffee!!! Excellent and fast service.

BOOM-SHACKA-LACKA-LACKA- BOOM!!! If you want EXCELLENT COFFEE & CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is the spot! If there is ever an issue, I let the employees know and they handle it immediately...I am not affiliated with Beansters, but I love there whole experience.

So I've been going to Beansters EVERY DAY (!) for many many months, sometimes even twice in 1 day; I always order the same thing- my usual, xtra large blended mocha with chocolate whipped cream; the employees see me and I don't need to order, they know what I'm having. I used to get a free one after x number of drinks; they used to give me "my usual" for my free one, then things began to change ... instead of xtra large they would give me a medium. It seems as they become more popular, quality & customer service are compromised.... they get the order incorrect & they used to fix it immediately, now incorrect drink & they will give me a discount on next drink, this logic is flawed. So they mess it up & I can pay more money for (@ a discount) & maybe or not get what I ordered ....hmmm. I used to go every day, but it's time to move along, they are too big for me. Good bye Beansters.

Yummy coffee:) little confusing at the drive up. Couldn't tell which window to stop at to order. They took great care of me anyways.

The baristas are very nice and friendly and the drinks are so yummy. The make a yummy peanut butter mocha that tastes like a warm melted peanut butter cookie when hot.

I always come here. The service is wonderful and all of the staff are very friendly.

Soy latte was steamed too long and ruined the flavor of it. Ended up dumping it. Staff should be aware of correct temperatures to steam milk and milk alternatives to, as it greatly impacts the finished product.

The girls are friendly, helpful and very good service. Kudo to you all! Keep up the good work. I love your monkey mochas.
