I ordered a iced latte with caramel. The coffee was extremely sweet that I couldn’t even take a second sip . Very overpriced and the staff was slow and didn’t seem like they had experience in making coffee.

I can’t speak to the coffee, but the tea latte I got here was fine. I’d return if I was in the downtown area. I was expecting much worse based on reviews.

Nice little coffee shop. Have gone on dates here. A few tables or if it's full you can go outside & there's tables nearby. It gets the job done on dates lol

We had heard the customer service was not that great. We went in today, and yes they can definitely work on the customer service. Maybe hire more friendly cheerful people?

Love this place, coffee is good, and they offer Plant Based dairy options.

Love the coffee, friendly staff! Can't wait to go in and enjoy my coffee one day. :)

Great place to buy a coffee and relax, the beans were freshly grinded and there is a park right next door to enjoy the coffee, would recommend coming here if you're hanging out in Redlands.

I just visited the Redlands location and ordered an ice latte and avocado toast. Paid a total of $16 for breakfast.
My “toast” was just a cold piece of bread and the avocado was an unflavored “avocado” spread.
Just wondering if this is normal practice for employees to give you plain bread as “toast.”

Great staff. Get the cubanito for a small but powerful dose of what this shop can do.
