The cafe here, “The Cashew”, sells fresh juices/smoothies and delicious wraps/salads. I couldn’t recommend their grilled wraps more! If you love eating healthy and supporting awesome businesses in Redding, stop by for lunch!!

Delish gluten free grilled wraps. Berry chocolate mouse crepe was also yummy. I liked their pressed fresh juices too.

I ordered the fiesta wrap with a two dollar turkey add on. Total cost $12.95. they gave me less than a tablespoon of turkey. It had no fiesta type flavor and was bland. The gluten free wrap was delicious. It was not a good value and mostly flavorless.

Good food, very friendly, and nice variety of organic foods, including oyster mushrooms!

This place is wonderful! A definite must go to and return to! Nice store and even better healthy eats! Many delicious vegan wraps..toasted or cold.., salads, and bowls. All made fresh with whole foods, not processed dead junk. Also, in the grocery side, they sell the artisan organic local breads by Nathan's! Do not hesitate to try this place out. Guaranteed you will be a repeat customer.

Clean and friendly cafe. The food is well worth every penny. They have a small menu of vegan/vegetarian options with a juice bar. In my two different visits I have had the Vegan wrap, bbq wrap, refuel smoothie, and a juice (I had custom made). All were worth the money and tasted amazing. I plan to come back here again. There is a small area to purchase healthy foods if you are looking to shop. There is also a small eating area inside and on the patio as well.

Just passing through and enjoyed some very fresh, very tasty vegan and vegetarian wraps and juice. Spouse says it's the best vegan wrap he's eaten in memory (he remembers Eisenhower). Really liked my Fiesta wrap. Thank you for the perfect lunch.

Love love love this place. Ordered two salads for lunch today. They were both so good! Fresh and delicious. A great healthy lunch stop. Was in a couple weeks ago and the owner Sam was very helpful and kind. So happy you guys are here. 🤓

I went to Country Organics for the first time and had a wrap. The ingredients are quality, organic, and gluten free. They wraps have so much flavor!! The staff was very nice and welcoming. I will be coming back often!!
