Always friendly, always have a smile, and im usually in and out of the drive-through. lately, i noticed there's a pot hole, and it's getting worse, and it should be fixed, but overall, everyone's nice.

The owners should repair that pothole in the drive thru though.

Would of gave a 5 star but my medium coffee wasn't full more like a small in a medium cup

Least friendliest of the many from Orland to Redding. The drinks are always better than Star.... but we also enjoy the friend folks that work there, or should work at this one.

Mean girl vibes all the way got our drinks wrong and asked for a refund was told I couldn’t get one ☝️ disappointed ☹️

Even tho some lines may be long at times they are pretty quick to go through it. The people there always have a smile on there faces and will ask you how your day is any plans etc etc they definitely make you feel welcome and the drinks are also really good. You like tea and you like lemonade I recommend what I get. A green tea cut with lemonade with blue raspberry and blackberry and get it blended 😊

Waited in line so long- 2 people actually backed out of the drive thru. Eventually someone came to take orders and she just visited with some guy in a truck while the rest if us waited. When she finally took our orders she said our drinks would be done by the time we got to the window we had to wait again. Then after I got a mile away I tasted my drink but it wasn't what I ordered. Went back but the drive thru and walk up weren't moving. I finally gave up. Two days later I told the manager. She just acted like I was an annoyance. She looked at me but had no response. She was very rude.

Why does it seem like the girls that work at this place have an off day? If you go to Orland or Chico Dutch Brothers, even the other Red Bluff location... any of them have much more positive attitudes. It's NOT fair to say that ALL the girls that work there have difficulties with communication at the window, but I know I dislike this one the most because of the majority of girls that work there currently. If you're collecting points, make sure you do it with your walk-up server because asking for it at the window is a huge bother, every time.
