Exceptional service. Went in for an above average withdrawal and Jason was beyond helpful along with the customer service representative on the phone. Always went to the Glendale location but this is my go to from now on. Even hooked it up with some of Peet's Coffee. Thank you again!
I’m a Peet’s fan so I was so happy to see them open a place in the Inland Empire. However, the coffee does not taste like Peet’s—it’s just as tasteless as Starbuck’s. So disappointing.
I have been a Capital One customer for a while now and I finally went to this Capital One Cafe. The Ambassador Jason answered a lot of my questions regarding my Capital One account. Now that I am more familiar with the banking products I will be increasing my deposits.
Overall, I found the Capital One Cafe very inviting and very friendly. They even gave me a coffee drink on the house, since it was my first visit. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back.
I had spent several months trying to open up a teen account for my child. We were having issues online, and when I called customer service, they were unable to assist me. I decided to try a Capital One Cafe for support so that I could speak w/a human being face to face. When we walked in SEAN immediately greeted us with a smile! I explained our situation and to make a long story short, he spent over an hour with us acting as an intermediary with customer service (which my previous attempts brought no resolution). SEAN was kind, calm, communicative, knowledgeable, ans patient. I give SEAN 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!
The guy I talked to was super knowledgeable about the current promotions. Peet's gave me 50% off for using a Capital One card. The cafe was spacious and comfortable, with outside tables as well.
I had really stopped by just to use the ATM, but ended up taking a nice "pit stop" and getting some questions answered.
Kristine is excellent! She cares for the Capital One Customers as well as the prospectives. She wants to keep them safe, happy and well-served. I think you’re going to see an influx of new Capital One customers because of the level of quality service from people like Kristine and that tall Latino guy you have working there (Steve?).
I enjoyed my coffee a lot! Although the male server with a hat was really rude towards me even though I was kind towards him. It ruined my mood, gave two stars because coffee was realllly good. I hope he doesn’t continue to be rude to others.
I love Pete’s Coffee, so I came in to get my fix! I was pleasantly surprised of how great the environment is in here and the coffee was delicious. We walked in on a day that they were giving away these amazing goodie bags. Thanks Capital One!!!!
The cafe ambassadors are extremely friendly and entertained a bunch of my questions that I had about Capital One and the cafe!
I've had a chance to talk to both Bud and Sean at the cafe and they both made me feel at home. Thanks for answering all my questions about my 360 savings and student credit cards!
Love banking with Capital One, and have for years. The Rancho Cucamonga Capital One Cafe was a new family favorite until today. We have visited frequently for our coffee and drinks but after our 9 year old baby girl was recently diagnosed with T1 Diabetes, we now count carbs for everything. It's life changing but manageable, especially when restaurants have their nutrional info available. I searched the Peet’s Coffee site for the full menu available here at Victoria Gardens but couldn't find her usual drink online so I asked the girl at front. She said they don't have that. I explained they probably would have info somewhere since they're a corporate establishment, so she then checked with manager. She came back stating "we obviously only work there" and couldn't help me. As I walked out she went back to whisper and watch my daughter and I walk out with all of her coworkers. Clueless employees should get informed. We are no longer regular customers as we can't safely give unknown carb count food and drinks to my daughter. So many carbs = so many units insulin.
