Peet's Coffee

This is one of my favorite Peet’s locations ✨ Spotting Rebecca, the Barista, behind the counter means that my drink will be crafted to perfection. She’s awesome! Merci 🧚‍♀️

I drove by two other coffee shops just to get some iced lemon scones and hot coffee at Peet’s while I was visiting in California. Nicer employees and better products than that other place.

I ordered the Cold Brew Black Tie coffee -- I recommend stirring the coffee thoroughly, as the bottom layer consists of incredibly sweet condensed milk. Great tasting drink, standard coffeehouse ambience, and reasonable pricing.

This is my neighborhood coffee shop, I converted from Starbucks years ago. Superior product, welcoming and clean environment, friendly staff. Happy to have such a spot so close to my home!

Love Peet’s. Great coffee. Always a good table. I love the chocolate croissant.

Friendly staff - was surprised to find a plant-based breakfast sandwich. Tasty, although not that healthy. Liked the cold drip coffee

What's not to love about Peets. The best coffee served by the best people. And if you haven't toured the the roasting facility in Alameda you have to go. It was a fun and interesting visit and it smells sooo good.

I've been drinking Peets since 1982 in Berkeley. Too bad they haven't opened locations in Charlotte. Love their coffee and service is always friendly.

I stopped in here on my way home this evening with my mom and my daughter. My mom ordered a medium eggnog latte, I ordered a medium skinny vanilla latte and my daughter ordered a medium chai tea latte. After waiting for about 4 minutes the young man calls my name soni walk up and he says "I dont have enough eggnog to make a medium I can throw some whole milk or half and half on top if that's ok" my mom walks over and I tell her what he said she was like oh ok half and half is fine. She got her drink and it was more like half of it was half and half. Then we wait another 5 mins and he calls out my name again and says I have your other two drinks up. I grab my latte and sip it. Immediately I can tell he did not use nonfat milk. So i asked you did make this with sugar free vanilla and nonfat milk right? He looks at me, pauses and then says yes. I said are you sure? Because this tastes like 2% milk (yes I can tell the difference) he then says well I may have accidentally used 2%milk give it back I'll make another one. At this point I'm done so I just left. Bottom line is dont go in this store if you expect to get your $5 coffee the way you order it.

The customer service here is awesome. I'm a frequent customer and it's nice when I walk in that I'm greeted by name. Oh and the coffee is delicious, all their bartistas are very good.
