Surfside Donuts and Coffee

Great coffee and great donuts! The staff was so friendly. I asked them for things to do while we were in town and they were happy to help each morning. It's definitely my favorite coffee / donut shop for this area

This used to be a little souvenir shop - so sad it's gone. But, this donut / coffee shop is AWESOME for Pismo! There's enough souvenir places, but I'm pretty sure this is the second donut place is Pismo - great location.

They have the most unique and trendy yummies I've ever seen. Very creative and refreshing. I'd say that they're pretty pricey, but considering how totally different they are, it's worth trying. ALSO: if you go AFTER 3pm ALL donuts are HALF OFF (my favorite phrase)!

The donuts are really good but just don't be fooled by the pictures. we went there thinking there's all kinds of specialty donuts over there but even there twice only to find a handful of varieties so we're not pleased about that. Having said that, the donuts were really good hence the five stars

The only donut shop in pismo so you have no other choice. We got there right as donuts were running out, so if you want donut variety, i think you need to get there before 9. Donuts were cakey, thick, so good if you like that. Knocking off a star for customer service.

Sweet tap dancing cripes. Best long john ever had. Choc ganache silky smooth, not grainy, not hardened, super pillowy donut all the way through. Wow.

Best donuts I ever had, coming here is a must when we visit.

I'm not a huge donut fan but my wife is. My wife really liked her donuts and I tried their strawberry fritter. It was something different and it was good. What you would expect from a good donut shop.

I visited a couple months ago and had to come here. They are SOOOO Good. BEST EVER. We are moving to Pismo (just down the street) right before New Year's and can't wait to come here a lot! I work from home, so I'm always on the lookout for a place to work from to get out of the house. I was about to go on Keto but reminded myself of all the great food I'm about to eat. So, I will be walking everywhere to help with that. ;)

Doughnuts were decent. However as soon as I walked in with my 5 year old and 7 year old daughters, who were so excited to pick out their own doughnut, the store owner kicked them out for not having a mask. She told me it is very important to “keep their customers safe”. This is quite ironic considering this lady is selling doughnuts. If I’m not mistaken doughnuts are not in the “safe” food zone. As a matter of fact I’m pretty sure eating doughnuts increases your risk of type 2 diabetes, obesity, and heart disease which will kill far more people this year than the coronavirus. Thanks for keeping people safe with your sugary, fatty, oil cooked doughnuts.
