Really nice place to have coffee.

Spacious and relaxing place for coffee and a light bite. Excellent coffee. The snacks are a bit overpriced though and there aren’t many spots to plug in your device.

Really like its decaf cafe latte, which is the only coffee I don't have any allergic reaction after drinking. Avocado toast is very fresh and highly recommended.

Entering from the University Ave side, there’s just a small kiosk set up outside by the street where you can get a quick iced coffee or cold brew, a few pastries. There’s a full store setup inside as well— plenty of shaded seating and great vibe on a sunny afternoon :)

Blue bottle doesn’t have free WiFi but you can connect to the nearby Hanahaus Guest

This is gooood, too good! Best hot choc I've ever had! Non sweet and oh-so-thick. First wafel that came was charred 🙁 Gladly returned and redone for us. Great service!

Their breakfast sandwich was really nice; cheese & ham on some crispy French bread. The scones & americanos were mehh. The coffee was very light—both drinks were quite watered down. Perhaps shots needed to be calibrated? Then the wait for the drinks was a bit long. Fortunately, a nice outdoor area to sit, wait & then enjoy drinks/food. Staff/customer service was pretty good.

Edit: went back & received a better cup of coffee. The flavors of the roast come out a bit better in their 8oz American versus 12oz.

Long wait time though there was no queue. While the coffees are still great, the quality of the warm breakfast has dropped significantly.

I really like the vibe and coffee here which makes me feel relaxed. The Cafe latte is amazing.
