Trio Coffee House

New coffee shop. Just opened about 2 weeks ago. I was not impressed with their drip coffee but it was late. I like my coffee to be fresh and burn the back of my throat a bit when sipping. Service was friendly. I will stop by for a latte to see if I need to change my stars.

Trio Coffee is a welcomed addition to the Antelope Valley. Inside is quant with tasteful yet modest decor in addition to a seating area in the back perfect for studying as a group or even game nights (they have some community games stocked). Seeing that they are pretty good about sourcing beans from fairly local roasters that have high quality beans and overall roasts. I tried both their single-orgin pour-over as well as their drip (a dark blend). The only hiccup was the pour was ground far too thin for the metal filter they used, therefore, there was quite a bit of grit/sludge in the bottom of my cup, also they didn't dump the grit before pouring the next order coffee to try. Other than that, it's highest quality black coffee I've had in the Antelope Valley.

Overall environment was great, staff was knowledgeable, and priced on par with the area. Not certain about WiFi speeds and reliability however will definitely be checking them out again in the near future.

Kenzie is an absolute dream, she put so much love in this vegan coffee! It’s taste amazing. Great to not have to go to Starbucks or coffee bean.

Always friendly service and great cold brew. If they had a drive thru, I would probably stop going to Starbucks as often. But if I have the time, I would go here! :)

Love this place! Great coffee, wonderful atmosphere, very cozy and some AWESOME employees/friends! They truly put the customer FIRST!

This coffee house has a great vibe. Always adding new and fresh items to their menu. Service is fast and the customer service is impeccable

A fantastic gem of a coffee house in Palmdale. Very friendly and the coffee is outstanding.

This place is Great, I'll be back, the chai latte was spectacular!! Service was superb & restroom CLEAN. (I was on my was to Starbucks inside Albertson's) fortunately I spotted this GEM.
