Krispy Kreme

I had a good experience. Order some of my favorites. I received a free dozen of glaze donuts for signing up for the app. That promotion is good till 01/30/21

Nothing really bad to say about this place, everyone seems to do their job quite efficiently, the lines move very fast through the drive-thru and in store. The staff is very friendly and nice , and the donuts are amazing as they should be! Everything is kept clean and there is a nice outdoor seating area. Plus there open pretty late.

Fresh donuts of Bel Aire, or Lancaster! The coffee filled donuts are absolutely amazing!! Now its fall so the pumpkin donuts are out and they are also amazing! Since we moved from San Antonio we haven't had the opportunity to stop at Krispy Kreme, this was a welcome find!

Louis was so friendly and it made a great start to my day 🤗 ! Instead of my typical donut order, I was introduced to a drink by Louis. I will definitely keep ordering that combo now 😍

ALWAYS super good, super hot and super icing mouth watering sugary sweetness thats sooooooo good. Try to stop in whenever we pass by, I get a hot dozen eat half on the spot and save the other half for my breakfast the next morning, and no im not fat, and no I dont sit on my butt all day either, so I eat what I want. Never get that heavy donut oil brick in the stomach feeling like I get from any other donuts, Krispy Kreme's are always light sweet and wispy, just melt in my mouth sugar delights. Dang gona have to get more now after talking about them, cant wait.

The donuts are a little overpriced because they are just average. The location was clean. I think customer service lacked service. Btw my hot chocolate was half empty or half full depending on how you see things.

Their availability of doughnuts is terrible, everytime I go at least half of the menu is unavailable and everytime I have been they never have the doughnuts they promote either due to running out because they don't know how to handle supply and demand or it's like McDonald's and the ice cream machine, the machine for that particular doughnut isnt working... There's all of that and I had recently went through for 2 dozen, and the second box was completely wrong for what I had asked. This location is a perfect example of how name brands are great in name only in the modern age.

I pulled into Krispy Kreme for few days ago I’ve never met anybody that was as courteous as these people they were great to deal with in the door it’s great to great job Palmdale!

Second try here in Palmdale, but this time they are in a smaller price of real estate which will save them this time.

Your typical sweet donuts, something for the wife and kids, but but me. Customer service is great! However, needs better parking arrangements.

Doughnuts are good but they should tell you what they don't have so you don't ask; then are told we don't have it, we don't have that either, and this either
