One of many great koffi locations! The matcha tea freeze is a great refreshing treat. They have plenty of coffee options as well. They have great muffins. I always get the pineapple and coconut muffin.

I'm confused about their chai. It's apparently made with milk powder, but the chai itself is not powdered. The result is just okay. Not a lot of spice, but not overly sweet.
