They have delicious drinks, but when they get busy, the service is really slow. There was only 2 ladies working the Sunday rush, and one of them was texting on her phone for the first couple of minutes of us all waiting to order. Then, she started helping make drinks. It took probably about 10 minutes for her to turn around to take our order, and by that time, the line had gotten pretty long. Just be sure you are expecting a bit of a wait during their rush

I want to start saying the service was good. We felt welcomed. Now, the coffee was not good. We order Americano and it had no taste. It was just warmed water. Even though we liked the decor and the service. The most fundamental element is missing, coffee. I don't recommend this place.

best coffee we've had since arriving in California! nicely made and the barista was friendly and knowledgeable. will be our first stop each morning while we're visiting palm springs (morning glory muffins are great also)

Went there this morning with my young daughter. The coffee and pasteries were good, but a bit overpriced. The shop faces East, and was very hot inside. Also, this is definitely not a place to bring your kids; the staff was great, but they seem to have designed the shop to discourage families with young children. I'll go back, but definitely not with the family, and probably avoid mornings in the summer.

This is the best coffee in Palm Springs. Baristas know what they're doing. Espresso drinks are done right.

Good coffee isn't the only benchmark. Like just a little bit of attentiveness and empathy from staff. Especially when they got 3 baristas working a sunday line of 14 people

Visiting Palm Springs on a cross country drive and needed coffee! My sister found this place online and we drove over. Great customer service, excellent almond milk lattes, great atmosphere. Saw the tiki bar on the way to the bathroom and loved it. Wish we could have it again tomorrow morning!

Coffee is great!! Food not so good and way over priced! Atmosphere nice and relaxing pet friendly. Not sure about kid friendly, we were getting weird looks from other customers when we brought our kid in. The guy that help us has a bit of an attitude. It was ok if your in the area but not worth it if you are making a drive.
