A wonderful gem in El paseo. The coffee is outstanding one of the best I have experienced. The owner is delightful, such a pleasure to have such great customer service too.

First time love the ambiance but sadly it was Worse of the worse experience . Totally un organized people?? . The pannini was so cold nothing was warm, the tomato was COLD and sandwich was never put in the toaster ughhh. Had to put through again but the old man was least bothered to fix it?. Now the on the hot chocolate the Girl put Cold Whip Cream and made the hot chocolate COLD??. Who does that with hot beverages ??. I ordered a HOT chocolate?.?. None of the pastries are made in house?. If they are Italian they should know better about Quality of food.. please get things together

Stopped in here to get a hot tea to keep myself warm. I didn't really take in what the price was until after I had ordered. Basically I paid $7 for one Trader Joe's tea bag and a cup that was only 3/4 full of hot water. I get that this is Palm Desert, but this still felt like such a ripoff.

Love the ambience and the quality of the food. Looking forward to our next visit.
