High quality coffee beans and high quality baristas. Also their chai latte was deliciously made with freshly brewed chai tea (I had it with oat milk) not with the sugary powder! So good!!

Great little spot! I love having my iced latte here throughout the week and sitting on the bench near the pretty wall. Good service too!

Very good coffee in a stark environment. Apparently the city won't even allow them to put chairs inside, although there is limited seating outside around the corner.
