When we are in CDM our go to coffee shop is Peet‘s coffee. The barista‘s do a great job and the courtyard just outside has a fountain and many types of outdoor seating that provides space to have conversations and enjoy their specialty drinks. The staff is always friendly, but be prepared for long lines at times because everyone loves this place!

Soha brought the people from the treatment center that I work at to this place this morning and it was a little confusing for the workers because there was about eight people and the girl was a little short with me when I stood at the counter but I had to due to having all their money. But I get it she was busy and I still got everything we needed in a timely manner just not the friendliest Place I've ever been to

Friendly staff. Newly remodeled. Lots of parking. I especially love their cold brew fog. No bitter aftertaste. I also love their jalapeno cheese pretzel. Two of my favorite things at Peet's.

Newport beach, Ca. PchThe customer service is very pleasant.
In comparison to some of the Starbucks it is quiet enough to talk, read, & do computer work. It annoys me when those people yell out all those foo foo drinks at Al Jeers Starbuck! The manager here to is really groovy. I can tell he has good soul. Come here! Seating outside around the store fronts. Bristol farms market across the way. Clothing, jewelry, cookware and Tony Bahamas, stores around the market as well. :-)

Nice cozy atmosphere. A great place to relax and plugin when it's not so busy. Easy listening music, letting you relax. Had the espresso chai latte and had the melodies of chai and coffee very lightly intermingled. Was a nice choice to relax with.

Asked for a medium chi tea and there was about a quarter of just foam. I should have just asked for a small with no milk. The lady was quick to take our order & get out our drinks. The restroom was out of order. And the lobby was clean

Peet's is definitely a step up from Starbucks in nearly every possible way. Their baristas are more skilled, the drinks are better, and there aren't a lot of 1,000-calorie drinks masquerading as coffee. Two caveats: Since they bought Mighty Leaf, their tea selection has gone way downhill. Fifty varieties has slumped to perhaps six, and they're nothing to write home about. Second, the baristas and order-takers seem stressed and gloomy these days. They may be understaffed, or they may be oppressed by management. I hope something brightens their day.

I had the best matcha frapp from Peet's this morning. THE BEST. straight up goat status. Not to mention, the maple scones here are the bomb diggity. This place is the shiz fo sho!

Yummy drinks☕, relaxing patio area with plenty of comfy seating. The barrista accidentally made me a matcha latte instead of a plain matcha tea. She gave me both and both were delicious!
