The coffee was good and the barista was really nice. Luckily we came when we did because so many cars showed up after us. The service is relatively fast though.

Coming from owning three coffee, I've came to know the quality of products. The ice drink was full of ice to the top. Very little to drink and water down very. I know this saves on cost of goods but it does not create a quality product. I know they're under new ownership but the previous owner I knew very well and the quality was the same standards that I would have chosen. I know some of the new ideas to save money and increase profits is innocence good for the pocketbook but not good for business. The server was extremely and seemed to be knowledgeable.

The staff there that waits on myself, and my fiancé is very nice, very heartwarming and serve the drinks like we request. These people are very good people. I’m very proud to say that this place is going to be our place for our drinks. Thank you so much everybody

I have been coming here since 2004 and I will not go to Starbucks. This is my favorite coffeehouse and I get the Crème de Menthe mocha chill…it taste just like the Girl Scouts thin mint cookie.

I can't even express how much I love this place. Before I would always get Starbucks and no other coffee place. After trying here one time I was hooked. No more Starbucks for me. Much better ingredients also. The Baristas at this place are so incredibly sweet and really try to make their customers happy, even more on their bad days. Appreciate each and every one of them. So sad to see Maddy go but understand she is moving on to bigger things in life. Love you ladies. Over the last year this place has just got downhill in my opinion. Used to be a daily patron over the last 5 years, and used to rave about Giacomos and always used to look forward to getting my morning coffee. But over time quality and customer service has just gone down and continues to go down.

While I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, I don't like paying more for a drink but quality of the drink also decreasing. I order the same thing every day, and it always tastes different depending on the barista.

In short, prices increase, quality and customer service decreased. Stamp card used to be buy 10 get 1 free, now its buy 12 get one free.

And effective March 1, free drink will have a limit of 5 dollars. Seriously?

Great selection of beverages, friendly staff, and good deals of the day! Me and the wife stop here regularly on the weekends and occasional weekdays and have yet to be disappointed. They also have great smelling candles!
