Drive through & they are fast to fill your personal order correctly & this was my 1st visit talk bout Coffee Blended Frappuccino with flavor on the go it was tasty wish they had soy milk for us lactose peeps

Not only did she pick an amazing drink, she literally ran it out to me! The customer service is top notch with DB & I know I'm not the only 1 to appreciate you all! If you think you like Starbucks, you are gonna love this place! Just try the mocha freeze - absolute best blended coffees you will find on this planet, and most others as well.

Their large is quite large, much bigger than Starbucks venti, and you will pay for it, but they are worth every penny! Trust me and try a mocha freeze this summer. You're welcome.

I will forever be a supporter of this Dutch Bros, and all Dutch Bros in general. I came through tonight (11/16) with cash only since my entire purse was stolen a couple days ago and I had to cancel every card I own. I did not know they only take card, so I continued to place my order. When the awesome gentleman in the drive thru told me my total I asked if I could pay cash at the window. He informed me they only take card and I let out a groan because of everything that has happened I have no cards at all. He told me because of my hard times my drinks were taken care of. I am SO BEYOND APPRECIATIVE. After losing all faith in humanity when my entire purse was stolen, this guy raised my hope with his kind gesture. Good karma will fall on him for sure!!! This company is great, and has great employees!

Meh. If you're like me and have simple tastes... This isn't the place for you. All I wanted was an iced coffee with milk and that turned into a latte or in Americana with milk I don't remember which.... I'm not one for the sugar bombs... Also they take your order way back in the line with no access to a menu so I advise you look at a menu before you go there and have an idea what you want... I probably won't come back.

The drinks are great. However, I didn't enjoy my drink after watching all the staff in a small work area preparing my drinks with no mask. The only person wearing a mask was the girl at the drive thru window and the one taking our order. Every other staff member had masks under their chin or hanging off their ear. Just the thought of spittle on my drink with all the discussions going on I couldnt enjoy drinking it.

First-timers get freebie! Lines in drive-thru are long, but they move at a decent pace. Friendly staff, excellent coffee and service is as spectacular- they even ask you to taste your drink to be sure it's exactly as you like it! Menu at drive-thru could be improved - as it doesnt include everything they offer, but overall, I was very impressed by both the coffee and organized efficiency.
