Yum Yum Donuts

I love yum yum donuts. Never had a problem with donuts. They always have a wide variety of options that I can choose from and not just donuts! I would definitely recommend anyone who wants breakfast food anytime of the day to go here!

Back in the 80’s this place was great!! Somewhere along the line they lost it...
I don’t live in Merced anymore but remembered how good they were and decided to treat my family. Do NOT buy donuts from them until they put FRESH donuts out at around 4am...
They were absolutely disgusting!! NO ONE in my family would touch them at all!! I called to find out if there was a time that they pull them off the shelf, they do not, and they basically said come in after 4am next time, no compensation, we threw the a whole baker’s dozen away in the trash, waste of time and money.

Good sandwiches. The donuts are great (kids tell me) and made fresh all day. Atmosphere is a quick stop, as the furniture isn't inviting you to hang out.

I have been to this place 3 different times to get a sandwich and each time it's a different story. The microwave is broken, we make them after 6 am. Now I get told they don't have them, what the hell!!! Don't come here if your looking for a breakfast sandwich.

Had a late night breakfast sandwich. Wow! Croissant was great and they give you an ample portion. $4.39- can't beat it.

Senior citizen came in to get 6 apple fritters for her book club
Asked if she could have them cut in half.

Was told flat NO they couldn’t cut in half for her.

No reason given. She asked twice

Was about 10 am so it wasn’t a breakfast rush or a lunch rush

Only two clients in the shop at the time and at least four workers there... that was NOT customer service and I don’t think there was any excuse for it
Would have taken an extra two minutes of their time😡

I also ordered sandwich

Asked for a bread substitution
Told NO again! No explanation !cost would have been the same since they had other sandwich both breads advertised...
I am sad they used to have customer service

Good verity but bland taste to there doughnuts, felt let down cause I been going there for my doughnuts for almost 40 yrs. I will be looking for another doughnut shop now 😔😕☹🥺

My dad took me here as a child, over 30 years ago, so I was pleasantly surprised to see Yum Yum Donuts still in the same place and still making excellent donuts during my visit to Merced. Still the best donuts!
