Rude workers, asking me to speak louder when they should be turning the music down so they can hear me because wearing mask inside while you talk kind of hard, so I put my mask down so lady would understand me then, another worker ask if I can put my mask on. I said I pulled it down so ur coworker can hear me. They are the definition of Quickly because they are rushing customers to order. If they are too scared to have people inside then close ur business down. It’s my 2nd time visiting this store the first wasn’t pleasant and I let it slide, but the following visit was worst than the first. Not recommended I’d go to EM Tea where workers are nicer.

Not busy at all today HOWEVER even on a busy day we are served quickly! Love the "low-key" atmosphere and the games. Great place to just kinda hang out. Oh, and fries? Delicious!

This Quickly actually lives up to their traditional qualitative drinks! Surprisingly better than most other Quicklys in the Bay The food isn't bad either, everytime it has been freshly made. Good Job to the owner/manager!!

It's alright, considering I've been to several dozens or Boba places in socal. It would be similar to a lollipop. They have average drinks and not really specialized in one thing.

Their popcorn chicken is good though!

The name of this place is ironic considering they are anything but quick. Line takes 15 minutes on a good day and then your order takes another 15+ minutes. Rude girl refused to take my order over the phone, won't be coming back.

The staff seem very nonchalant. Also my order took almost an hour to prepare and it was just a single 🐔 🍚 plate. The food however was very good.

This place is okay. I just wanted to try something different than the usual place I go to, the flavor is on point and the jelly is good. I would recommend going here if you want to try something different than the regular boba.

Not too happy that you have to request they make your Cold drinks close to when the food will be ready. Also not normally slow but today may have been an exeption; order of two chicken teriyaki bowls took 18 minutes to make.

Service couldnt answer my questions about the food, and the menu was unclear. Menu was also inconveniently located to read while standing in the line. I kept feeling like i was losing time by trying to read the extensive menu. The food was decent. Although i have had better.

Their boba taste like dish soap was mixed into it :(
I decided to give them another try and it says that they close at 10pm and I went in around 9:30 and the girls who worked there yelled at me that they were closed and chased me out. It was extremely upsetting. NEVER going back there!
