Drinks are somewhat up there in $$ but are totally worth it if you enjoy these kinds of drinks. Sure beats Starbucks any day!

Really wish it was as good as it was before. A lot has changed and not for the better. Stuff tastes yucky. Even tho it looks amazing on the pictures. This was my family's go to place when we wanted to get out of the house. Hope it gets better. Oh and I want to add.. that the crepes are getting flatter and flatter everytime I go there;(

Two stars because they have a really great strawberry crepe but this place is not what it used to be 😖. My mom and I went in one time, grabbed the menus and went to sit down just line we used to. We were there for a long time waiting for the waitress to take our order then we realized that we were supposed to order at the counter but the owner of the place was there at the register for a long time and didn’t even tell us. So we just got up and left without buying anything. The place was empty so we felt like we were invisible or something.

I am a huge fan of the boba/ milk tea . I am pretty good at making Thai tea myself as a matter of fact. That being said , on at least two visits I remember thinking I could have done better at home and I actually have! I am not a fan of the portion size: price ratio. I can save money by going to Starbucks? If you have prices in this neighborhood you better be epic, legendary or memorable and I am not seeing it

Always delicious! Excellent Tonkatsu Udon everytime, and my favorite is the honeydew smoothie with boba!

I had high hopes for this place, as no where in Merced seems to serve ramen but here. Unfortunately, the ramen was bad.

The front of house was clean and well kept with a fun show of kpop music videos playing, but that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

I ordered my ramen, and when it arrived, I tried the pork first, and it was okay, then I went to try the egg and I noticed it was undercooked and cold in the middle. I figured, okay, no big deal. I tasted the broth and there was no real flavor to it (I got Shoyu so I was expecting something salty and it was just so plain). I figured maybe the noodles were the main point of the dish, so I gave it a try. The noodles were soggy and had no flavor.

I contemplated for a bit and tried to eat a little more but I just couldn’t, so I asked for my money back. I only ate maybe 2 small bites and a little of the pork pieces. The bowl was still full.

The girl who initially helped me was kind as I explained the issue and went to get a guy who I think is the manager.

I explained, starting with the egg being underdone. I told him about it and before I could mention the poor quality of the broth and noodles, he was trying to explain away that the egg wasn’t underdone (mind you he hadn’t looked at it), and that was just how they did it. It looked much less done compared to the other reviews I saw. I was expecting a soft boiled yolk but instead got runny whites. He then asked if i’d ever had ramen before. He tried to tell me the egg was supposed to have runny whites.

I explained that I've had a lot of quality ramen (I frequently went to Little Tokyo for authentic ramen when I lived in so cal), and that the egg wasn’t the only issue. I explained that the noodles were soggy and he agreed that they should be chewy but tried to say I was wrong. I said the broth was lacking in flavor and he seemed to fight me on every issue.

He also made it very clear that I was the first ever person to complain about the ramen.

He was very rude and while he did give me the refund, his attitude was a total let down.

I would have come back try the crepes or the teas, but this will be my first and only time going to Sno Crave.

Excellent place for the whole family. Mostly dessert options but most of the crowd that you will see there are teens. The tables are well maintained the floors are clean and the employees are nice. The portions are above average size. The downside is there is no WiFi. Although they do have a tv and some board games.

Very yummy. The boba is okay but crepes were amazing.

I like the ramen very good. The hours say they open to 12am on weekends but not really sure. Also the number to contact then doesnt work. Over all great food.

Really cool place, good food. But the water cups are ridiculously small. They almost look like shots. Like common. It's just water. You would think you would at least get a decent glass of water considering they're a little bit on the pricey side in my opinion.
