The Joy Thru - Kuppa Joy Coffee

I went to the drive thru and the girl working there was rude, rolled her eyes as she opened the window to take my order, no smile no hello. I ordered some coffee and food items and they were not consistent as I order the same items at other kuppajoy locations in fresno. I will definitely not return to this location, I have closer drive thru coffee options near my work and far better customer service. This was disappointing.

I really do enjoy this place.
My last visit I ordered the almond joy on ice,
I ended up receiving one with a finger nail in it! I went back to hand them over there finger nail, the gentleman apologized and remade me another one.Other then that experience I've always enjoyed going, unfortunately I won't be back to the madera location.

There hallelujah coffee is delicious, cinnamon and white chocolate what more can you ask for. They are on the sweeter side but very delicious.

Best place in town! The ONLY place you can get specialty coffee! My personal favorite is a kuppa joy, creme brûlée! You can’t go wrong! The baristas are amazing and are always so friendly! I love it here! They even do Latte art!! If it’s your first time , i recommend a CRONUT!Life changing!

We love this little drive-through kiosk. Drinks are always good, and the cinnamon cronuts are the best!

Coffee was really good, they have various options to choose from and are able to make you what you want.

Great food and coffee. Very clean facility. Extremely quick with their service. Couldn't ask for better staff, everyone is super friendly and caring. Perfect place to run through when the kids run out of time to eat breakfast at home!

It is no wonder that they have 5 Star reviews. Even when you dump your coffee out of your window and it's totally your fault and they make it again for you at no cost, bear super polite about it. Couldn't ask for nicer people.

Had a wonderful experience with a lady named Alison, she recommended modifications to our drinks that made both perfect! Such a good attitude, thank you Kuppa Joy for hiring people like her!

P. S. Food was actually really good, I expected my ham and cheese croissant to be obviously microwaved but it was fresh and tasted great like they made it on the spot!

I always have a pleasant time getting my coffee from here. The baristas are always friendly, and the coffee is always yummy! Plus it's a locally owned small business that I love to support.

Much love and appreciation to the wonderful people at the Madera store. They genuinely care and do their best to exude love and compassion. Was having a terrible day and their kindness made my day much better. Thank you for your kindness.
