Project Bloom Coffee

The latte was perfect not too sweet. The kicker was the egg sandwich, delicious. There was plenty of parking. The service was excellent.

Looks like the former coffee space is under new ownership and for the better under the name Project Bloom! From what the new owners were saying (i was eavedropping on a convo with the other customers ahead of me), they are in the middle of changing their interior, branding and menu. the team is welcoming and attentive and their coffee is divine, quite possibly the best in the melrose area. cannot wait to be back for their grand opening

My new favorite coffee shop! You have to try their bloom lavender latte and yuzu matcha refresher. James and sunny were so sweet and care about their people! 10/10

Its been a stressful time in my life. I was at the mechanics AGAIN, a new mechanic, Pinkys, who suggested I hang out at this coffee shop across the street while I waited. Not only was the coffee and food superb, but the owners were amazingly kind and actually communicated. I left feeling more hope for the world. This is your coffee shop!

Not my favorite cup of coffee, but the atmosphere was fun and picture worthy. Very little iced iced and waaay too much milk - you can see how off the color of the latte is.

Pretty good cup of coffee, their pause breakfast sandwich is delicious. Brioche is soft and fluffy with a generous helping of eggs, and the paprika sauce just brings the cheddar and the whole sandwich to a completely different level.

Great place! The matcha lattes and sandwiches are so yummy. Fresh ingredients and very nice staff!

Just got taken over by new management and teamed up with the dirty whisk cakes and it’s AMAZING! Cutest little family run and also delicious and super cute spot- will definitely come again :))) FIRE FOOD DRINKS AND VIBES

Really great coffee. Rich, tasty, and the milk and sweet cream was delicious! The wait took a while because unfortunately the store is only run by one person and he was making food for a doordash order. The was very kind though, and genuinely felt bad for the wait. He even offered us some cookies while we waited. Highly recommend this place, drinks and good and service may take a while but is worth the wait.
