Constellation Coffee

This is my new go to spot! The coffee was marvelous and it was a great space to get some work done. The staff was also so nice! Definitely recommend!

Easy to find, and the staff members are helpful and personable. I love the rose vanilla latte. They use real rosewater in it! My new favorite drink. I also got the chorizo croissant, which is toasted & delicious.

Delicious, high quality coffee with kind staff. Love their oat milk latte - both hot and iced are amazing. Their coffee has a uniquely delicious flavor. It’s obvious they take pride in their coffee and their customers experience. Constellation has become my new favorite coffee spot and I’m always more than satisfied.

I’m fan of matcha latte and this one was so smooth and without bitter aftertaste!

I ordered a rose vanilla espresso largely out of curiosity. I did not expect it to have the full blooming flavor of a rose tea in a coffee. It was genuinely a burst of serotonin each sip. It had an incredibly smooth flavor combination. I had it with oat milk, but I couldn't even taste that usual oaty flavor, it was just the soft rose flavor mixed with a smooth medium coffee flavor. I ordered a purple rain tea to go out of curiosity and, while very subtle in flavor, it is also very good (also the color shift is pretty wild to watch)

A pleasantly minimalist surprise off Glendale Blvd. The bland strip mall exterior belies the clean, cozy, well-appointed coffee shop hidden inside. I stopped by for two whole milk cappuccinos (one regular, one decaf) and was thoroughly pleased by the quality of ingredients and the care taken to prepare them. Everything from the espresso machines to the merchandise (coffee beans, mugs, grinders, etc.) are selected with an eye for taste. The barista put me at ease and had my order ready quickly. Would come back again. Recommended for fans of Kumquat, Two Kids, and other local shops that place an equal emphasis on the quality of both bean and backdrop.
