Alchemist Coffee Project at The Pearl

Best coffee in Koreatown. My usual is the cold brew or an iced matcha. Best cold brew I’ve ever had, way better than Stumptown. I used to visit their Vermont location a few times a week, this location is closer and less busy if needing a seat for work/study. They validate free parking for 90 minutes.

I waited 25 minutes for an avocado toast. No.

ACP makes amazing cold brews that are smooth and palatable with a hint of milk chocolate and nuts. Perfect even without any milk or sweetener. ❤️!

Nice brick wall and long table atmosphere in K-Town. Servers are very nice. I wish my cafe-au-lait was good but it was only fair. Unfortunately that's the most important thing hence the 3 stars.

Love their New Orleans Cold Brew, with Oat Milk (easy on the ice, extra on the sweet) so I can still taste the coffee, and it remains sweet at end of work day.
