Food: plenty of drinks and baked goods to choose from! I ordered the sea salt caramel latte and it was delicious. The sourdough is baked fresh and when you bite into it, it really does taste like that homemade feel that we are all looking for in food.

Service: I told the clerk it was my first time and she explained some of her favorite drinks and asked me what I liked. She also explained how they bake their own goods in house.

Final thought: the parking is horrible, so be prepared to find a spot. Small business with yummy delights. I'll be back!

Stopped by for a coffee and an avocado toast. This is by far the best avocado toast I have ever had. The bread was amazing and the tomatoes were super sweet. I love the outside seating and the crew working there were super friendly.

I went to Coffee Parlor recently for brunch. The parking lot is a bit strange, it may seem like there's no spaces but follow the narrow road behind the building and there are more spots on the other side. There are a few tables inside, but it's a bit cramped. Outside though there are plenty of picnics tables set up. I got a chai latte, original burrito, and a chocolate chip cookie. The burrito and salsa were amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The cookie and chai were just okay; the cookie was really crispy, which isn't my preferred kind of cookie. My chai had large clumps in it, like it wasn't completely mixed and the chai blend settled to the bottom. So I wouldn't recommend either of those, but definitely try the breakfast burrito.

First time here and everything was absolutely amazing. The orange mocha seasonal latte was festive and delicious. It was hard to choose what to eat, everything sounded so good! But I went with the breakfast sandwich + biscuit option. Those biscuits alone are worth coming back for. Crispy, buttery edges with fluffy center. Perfection.
My only issue was that my clean reusable personal coffee cup was not allowed due to their policy of no personal cups behind the counter. There are also no “for here” options for coffee cups.
Totally understandable to have a policy in place, but I’ve been to several places that have a great work around by either placing my cup in a larger vessel so there is no contact, or I can place my cup, lid off, at the end of the coffee bar so they can fill it without contact. Just trying to reduce waste by bringing my own cup and I love when coffee shops support this mission. I love coffee, and supporting local coffee shops, and I’m extra motivated to return to places that allow *clean* reusable cups.
I’ll definitely be back for those breakfast sandwiches though! 😍

Maybe they are more known for food and bakery, but coffee is just insanely expensive. It costs nearly $7 for a 16oz cup of mediocre iced latte. Also, they intentionally hide all of the prices from their menu, so people can order without knowing the prices in advance.
I am probably the same one who wanted a quick grab of coffee and had to come all the way and felt like just buying one time. Definitely not recommending if you want a good coffee with a reasonable price - there are more places you could go around this area for sure.
Not coming back unless they explicitly display their prices on their menu!

Look at those pictures, this place is about quality- don’t go here unless you want a great culinary experience.

So yummy! Everything here is delicious from the cappuccino to the burrito, avocado toast-delish. We live nearby and love dropping in for a treat (and the all important morning coffee). The staff is always so kind, I highly recommend COPA.

EXPENSIVE. $10 for ONE SLICE of French toast isn't worth it. Food tastes the same as going to IHOP. Waited 30 minutes sitting for my food in a SMALL, LOUD, UNCOMFORTABLE TABLE. I wanted to order a Brisket burger but couldn't because I had to wait until 11:00. It was 10:50. Service was polite, though.

Wd have been here a few times now. Customer service is always as polite a as can be. Breakfast burritos are pretty damn good. The tots are crunchy and that is a must. The coffee is spot on. Had a flat white the other day, perfect. Bought a round sourdough loaf, it didn't last the full day. It was one of the best loafs we have had. Prepare to not be disappointed if you come here.

Located few minutes from LBC airport. Sweet gem! I had Matcha - sweet or no sweet option. My friend and I shared Avocado & Fig toast. The staffs are nice and quick, the cafe is clean and modern. I see some do their studies here.
