This place is awesome! The breakfast sandwiches are made to order which is fantastic and the owner is super nice! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a delicious sandwich or pastry and a nice cup of coffee.

I've followed this wonderful French bakery all over the county and am ecstatic they landed on Main St. in Lakeport. The coffee is good. The batard is my favorite bread. I love the croissants. They have the best salad vinegars. The pastries and cookies are perfect. Thank you, Pascal!

I have purchased many vinegars from the label associated with this bakery, Hue de Laroque. They are all phenomenal! And they are so very friendly and helpful when you order from them - they really bend over backward to make things perfect.
I can't wait to stop in next time I'm passing through Lakeport! The good looks delicious!

Came in early this morning and had their croissant omelette breakfast, it was delicious! The croissant itself was light and flakey just like it's suppose to be. This will be my need go to breakfast place! Definitely a must try.

This place is divine!! At first it started with their BlackBerry tarte and the chicken pesto panini, then the chocolate cookie, then a macaroon. I had to stop myself there. Everything was gloriously yummy, especially the chicken panini. Most pesto dishes can be a little too pesto-y, but they brush a thin layer of tomato pesto to mellow the flavor. The people working there were total sweethearts, happily engaging with their customers. I cant wait to go back!

We had just seen “The Post” and Bob said we got to try this new French bakery, which he had heard about in the paper. Wow, have got to try this! Pretty authentic right down to the French press coffee and the mbricks on the storefront. So delighted to have a place like this in Lakeport! Sophistication!!
Of course they have croissants and French apple pie. Come on down.....it will rival Angelina’s.....competition is good!
By the way, “ The Post” was fabulous, too!

Very nice little startup. I had a buttery omelet with peppers in pastry served to order, and some herb tea (Stash brand for those who care) while my companions had coffee and some other pastry that had been baked onsite. I hope these guys make it through - we could use a place with some real not claimed class.

We drive through Lakeport every year and usually stop for a quick bite at Angela bakery. Thought we would try the new bakery since there was a long line at Angela's. What a mistake!! My whole family felt super ill after eating here. Should have realized that there was a reason the other place was so busy and this one wasn't? Next time we won't make the same mistake. Yuk!!

From the moment my friend and I walked in to this shop, we we're warmly greeted by the staff/owners. We enjoyed pleasant conversation as we browsed the menu. Between my friend and I we selected a creme brulee, chocolate mousse, a raspberry tart and a garlic loaf. All were delicious but, I feel the creme brulee was my favorite. Once I ordered and paid, they brought it to my table and torched the surger in front of me. The sugar look a little darker than a typical creme brulee due to the type of sugar used. I found it was quite flavorful. The creme was a little loser than I expected and had ample vanilla dots showing. It was very different than ones I have tried before but, I think it's safe to say this one was my favorite creme brulee so far. The long and short of it is, I am definitely coming back!
