Always great. Sometimes the employees have a bad attitude but the coffee is always great regardless.

This place definitely gets credibility as a hipster haven. I counted 6 male employees, all with man buns. The only thing I wish they had was wife. Great coffee and atmosphere though.

I normally go to cbt whenever I can find one. There are less and less and less of them. Why? I like cbt much better than * but ... I hope they don't become like dinosaurs.... I like CBT's coffee n teas better than star. Have to admit that most star's have better customer service than CBT but not always though.

Don't let you eat outside food inside. If you plan to bring in outside food, be prepared to be harassed. At other locations I've had no problem ordering a Coffee Bean drink and eating a real meal from nearby restaurants while I study.

Seems like an odd business model to pester hungry students and professionals who make a good portion of your customers. I can understand if it was an actual restaurant with good food options, but they specialize in drinks. It's like going to Jamba Juice for a smoothie but driving people away who bring food. I'm not sure if it is just this location, but I sure hope so.

It is always my choice over starxxxxs but they are getting harder and harder to find. Sad for me and some others. In general they do fall short when it comes to customer service against star. But i enjoy their coffee so much more....

Great staff! I'd get the app cause these drinks are addicting and they hook you up! Oh and they finally got the NY Cheesecake back!!! 👏

Great customer service the people there have a good sense of humor and the coffee is always great made the way I want it. This is honestly my hands down favorite coffee shop. If you are looking for a amazing place to get a drink or a snack, go here! Plus, their stores are always so nice and comfortable.

Got to spend pleasant quality time w/ my fav Aunt. Frappe are always delicious. Prices are better than Starbucks too. Loved it.
