Seriously an impressive coffee shop and bakery operation. I needed to leave a review so the woman running this place could get credit. All of the cookies and pastries look incredible, and the s’mores cookie we had was delicious. The insane part is that they are all baked in a tiny convection oven behind the counter. Hidden gem doesn’t do this place justice. Go form lines. The cookies are incredible as is the coffee.

Good Vietnamese coffee and milk tea. But it both were very sweet, American sweet unlike Asian sweet.

Think of it like Indian or Thai spicy. They westernize / dumb down their heat. This place (Feb 2023) feels like that. So get it half sweet if you don’t want it white-sweet.

Service average on a Sunday morning. But she just needs more experience or less busy? It’s fine. It’s an observation, not a massively negative critique.

Overall, great flavor. Four star ppl.

The Japanese drip coffee with Ube was one of the most delicious and unique coffees I've ever had. We also tried the Ube cheesecake and cookie which we all loved (kids and adults). The service was great too!

Great experience. They specialize in Vietnamese coffee but can also do a traditional Latte, have 3 kinds of sugarfree syrups(Starbucks only carries 1 now) and they offer oat and almond milk. The banana bread was also delicious. Parking is limited but you'll need to walk off those calories anyways. I'd definitely come back.

A hidden gem in San Diego, Dripz Coffee is a vegan café in the heart of La Jolla with distinct Asian flavours. I discovered it while looking for cafes in the area to do some work and was very glad I did. The most prominently featured menu item is the Vietnamese coffee, with a pandan or ube cream topping. The cream adds a unique Asian taste without overpowering the strong Vietnamese coffee underneath. While I slightly preferred the pandan over the ube, I thought both flavours paired well together with the coffee and made for a great combination.

Dripz also makes pandan and ube-flavoured cookies in house. The flavour of both was light and a nice complement to the Vietnamese coffee.

I had a chance to speak personally with the owner Sylvia and her colleague Janet who were incredibly kind, hard working and wonderful to chat with! They even made my experience here all the more welcoming by taking me behind the scenes and showing me how the cookie making process comes together.

Overall, this is a must-go-place! There are some more traditional options on the menu for the unconverted, but I highly recommend getting the pandan or ube Vietnamese coffee. Dripz also shares the space with its vegan restaurant sister establishment Sipz, although their hours are different. Definitely worth stopping by the next time you're in La Jolla!

Dripz Coffee has become a must visit every time I am in town! Such great coffee, cookies, and overall customer service. My favorites are the honey cinnamon latte and Ube cookie, so delicious!

Their ube Vietnamese coffee is a delicious coffee treat. I'm generally tend to straight coffee/americanos. It this was a great drip and not overly sweet. They have an excellent house espresso and their cookies are . Inside cafe decor has a nice minimal + tasteful feel. Mary and Janet are fantastic!

Love this place. Hidden gem for vegan treats. My go to order is an ube crinkle cookie and the tarp milk Iced drink with Oat milk. Really good place to buy cold drinks in La Jolla on a warm sunny day

Ordered a pandan cookie and a milk tea latte. The cookie was pretty good, it didnt have quite as much pandan flavor as I was expecting but was tasty nonetheless. The tea latte however, was amazing!! I would highly recommend for all those who enjoy sweet tea drinks.

*EDIT
Went back 4/30/23 and management had changed. The new management is very nice but they sadly not longer sell tea and they didnt have any pandan products out the day I was there (not sure if they no longer sell them). Very sad that they no longer sell tea lattes. ): My roommate got a coffee and said it decent but not super special.
