Best Lavender honey latte I’ve ever tried. Friendly customer service and aesthetically pleasing interior.

We were passing through the area and needed a late breakfast and caffeine-boost. We can never resist supporting a local coffee shop! This place is absolutely lovely, both in design and customer service. You can expect smiles and professionalism, alongside your latte and pastry order. Highly recommend their espresso-skills and breakfast burritos as a perfect start to your day (or long drives thru Palm Desert/Indian Wells). We would love to return! (Especially to try their beloved Cinnamon Rolls!)

Excellent 'Coffee House' that serves some fresh (or seemingly freshly baked) pastries and breads (bagels) in addition to a pretty good tasting cup of espresso (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, etc) and they have a whole selection of flavors to add to your drink if that's your cuppa tea... The espresso is nicely roasted; not too bitter, sour or burnt. Highly recommend.

Honey cinnamon latte was delicious. Their cinnamon buns are really light too.

IW coffee is the best! Great drinks, muffins, and service. Highly recommend for fellow locals and visitors from out of town. Particularly love the oat milk lattes.

When you want to enjoy a great coffee and support a local business, this is the place. I have been frequently coming here for a few years already and although I live far from their location in Indian Wells the trip is always worth the drive. The only thing I would change would be to be open later than 5pm

This is a great new coffee shop. The baked goods are made on premises, and the coffee's are hand crafted. There is a nice sandwich menu, that we will check out next time. I love the big windows and views of palm trees. Great service too!

Honestly, this is one probably THE BEST coffee shop I've ever been to. Sandwiches are amazing too, I've rarely ever gone out of my way to get a sandwich at a coffee shop. However they recently took their WiFi away and now charge to use it which just defeats the purpose of a coffee shop to go in and sit down, get a drink and do work. If you're looking for just a coffee drink or sandwich then go ahead and grab it but if you're looking for a place to sit down have a drink and do work, not the place anymore. Poor business decision in my opinion.

I check out coffee shops to work remotely at and enjoy new drinks/food. They had a lovely gluten-free banana bread and great staff, but what they don't have is an adequate seating area. It's not that the space isn't adequate but the layout of the seating. They have a beautiful, large bakery case with only a few items in it. It takes a LARGE amount of space and really impacts sitting area. There was a table against the window counter, removing more seating locations and low, round tables that were added, killing valuable sitting areas. The bench to wait for drinks is against the very, back of the place, which could be used for more seating and it could be moved near the door. There is a huge section behind the expresso machine that could be used for counter seating, too. Due to the lacking seating, I ended up just leaving and won't be back, which is too bad. Great opportunity to improve.

Ordered an iced coffee and got charged $5. The menu says it’s $2.60 for a medium coffee, I get it you charge extra for iced but how did I end up paying double? Also the blonde woman (owner maybe?) was the one that overcharged me and is super uptight /rude to her staff in front of customers
