They didn't know what a flt white is. Not only a Starbucks drink. Other local coffee shops know what this is.

Fastest one I've ever been to. Very friendly staff that are more helpful than most when you just throw out a flavor. Will definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly, and had plenty of drink suggestions and also suggested whipped cream cup for our dog. We didn't wait long for our drinks, but unfortunately they were just ok for my liking, and could have been hotter temp. The line didn't move too quickly because other customers that had received their drinks weren't aware of the exit lane on the right. I might try again.

The coffee is good. I can't figure out why the line is always so long though. I rated them 4 because of the wait time. Other than the wait, The service was awesome and the attendant at the window is very friendly. Thank you to the team for excellent service!!!

They have good customer service and are really nice the guy from Arizona training the staff is really nice. The my dog got a treat and the staff looked happy the line moves fast about 15 mins. The staff wished me a happy birthday as well. I will be back. Thank you guys for organizing the drive thru so well.

First time trying Dutch Brothers. Service was great. Helpful and friendly staff. I tried the Golden Eagle hot and was disappointed. It basically tasted like hot chocolate. My husband tried the Kicker and it tasted similar maybe a little sweeter but nothing like coffee.

Maybe I grew accustomed to the amazing customer service that is provided at the Chico, Redding and Yuba City locations? The service was not friendly and they cannot do basic math. She tried to short change me $10. It was my first time at this location and quite possibly the last.

They had some yummy holiday mocha drink that probably had too many calories

Takes FOREVER to get your order. But otherwise tastes good
